"The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster. "This was our first time to stay at a RedRoof Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. While the room wasn't huge, it was plenty big enough for two people. It was obvious that the hotel has recently been renovated. The room was nice and for the most part it was clean.
