Newly Listed - This cozy home is located on a canal less then 1/2 mile to Lake Eustis and the Chain of Lakes, which has some of the best Bass, Crappie and striped Bass fishing in the country. This property offers your own boat dock and lift, with dining and entertainment just a short boat ride away. This beautiful home is a 3/2 split floor plan, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sun room, TV and plenty of parking space. The house has 1800 square feet under air and a full size two car garage. The home is located within one hour from Disney, approximately 20 minutes to historical mount Dora and 15 minutes from the villages.

Beautiful house, all the amenities you could ever want. The canal out back was fun for fishing, we even caught a few bass and it was cool to see several bass boats come up from the lake into the canal. Eustis was a great town, and with Georgefest going on there was a lot of activities to do. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and the house was perfect!

Great place on Lake Eustis
This makes our 3rd time staying here. It is centrally located to many areas; Tavares, Mt. Dora, all of the Lakes on the Harris Chain and many restaurants. We are always in town for bass fishing tournaments. There is plenty of parking for a boat or two. Alex is very responsive.

I rented this property for a family of 5 adults visiting the area to see extended family. The house is clean and well appointed - very comfortable. Plenty of basics - towels, linens, blankets, paper towels, dish soap, etc. were provided. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our stay and offered his cell phone number for any needs we might have during the stay.

Wonderful home, Very clean!
Very nice home, wonderful neighborhood - the neighbor across the street came over shortly after we arrived and introduced himself and told us to come over if we needed anything. Very safe and quite, right on the canal. We really enjoyed sitting in the dock behind the home. This home was also one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed! We'll be back, thank you to the owners!

Wonderful, well maintained and clean home!
We arrived early morning after driving all night, very tired...and walked into a beautiful, clean house, just ready for us to call our home for several weeks. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed for cooking and baking. The landlord was very helpful with local suggestions of things for our family to enjoy. My husband and sons loved being on the channel, and I liked the proximity of wonderful shopping! We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Fishing 2020
This was a fishing vacation. Myself and 3 of my friends towed our boats from Connecticut to bass fish the Harris Chain of lakes. This was an awesome rental that more than met our needs We were able to put our boats on the dock in the backyard and get to the lake from the canal! The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. Large driveway for parking our vehicles and use of the garage.

Easy access to productive fishing holes, nice covered dock for boat
Perfect location for easy access to some very productive fishing holes including Alligator hole. Covered boat slip on canal made our fishing trip a breeze as we could keep the boat on the water ready to go. Dock was very nice and user friendly with electric and lighting making it easy to see to retie poles when coming in after dark or leaving before daylight. The house advertised boat lift, which it had but there were no straps to actually raise the boat out of the water which was not a big deal to us. House was beautiful,clean and updated. Absolutely fell in love with power reclining love seat watching TV in the evenings. House did advertise wifi and internet which we could not figure out how to access, but to be fair we also did not contact the owner to inquire about it as it wasn't that important to us. Would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for somewhere in this area.

Boat Show
Brought two boats from Texas to the Sunnyland boat show in Tavares. Easily parked both trailers in the driveway with room for both trucks. House was clean and efficient. I would rent the house again.
