Just 7 mins drive from Leeds city centre and plenty of free parking for up to 6 cars! 3 double bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests. The master bedroom can be set up as 2 single beds or 1 king size bed. Please let us know what you prefer.

Large dining area seating 6, separate kitchen and lounge. The house is tastefully decorated by me - a photographer with many of my travel photos on the wall. Each room is themed from a different country. South Beach, Miami in the lounge - white leather corner sofa and 40 inch flat screen tv with Netflix included.

Bedrooms are Asian-themed with Chinese, Japanese and Indian decor, plus Egyptian cotton bedding and towels provided. Dining room is the Canary Islands. Step outside into the garden through patio doors and you'll see a water feature and circular Yorkshire stone patio which gets the sun for most of the day. There is also a secret gazebo which the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Great power shower, house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Everything provided for a home from home.

Amazing place full of little extras
Property was lovely, very clean with loads of little extras like spare tootbrushes, toothpaste, shampoos and body wash. Kitchen had all types of condiments and spices. Really enjoyed our stay and would rent from Daniel again. He was the perfect host.
