We loved walking into the open dining/kitchen/livingroom area and seeing nothing but ocean out the large picture window. The cottage sits right on the beach. "Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend."

The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing.
