in a completely renovated historical building, opening spring 2017, we offer spacious and bright apartments, all with balcony and lake view, in the historic center and a few steps from the beach, soundproofed and equipped with all comforts, in a quiet and sunny area, large furnished garden with deckchairs and barbecue, private parking space, one or two bedrooms with king size beds and hypoallergenic mattresses, 32 "and 40" LCD TV with satellite channels, free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel, safe deposit box, courtesy set , bed linen and towels (change on request with a supplement of 15 euros per person) wooden floors, dishwasher, hairdryer, free bike deposit with small workshop for repairs and maintenance, bike wash, laundry with washing machine and ironing board, dogs with surcharge, convenient on-site convenience store, baby cots and high chairs available (on request and at extra charge)

Eine herrliche Urlaubswoche
Eine tolle Woche am Ledrosee. Herrliches Wetter, schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen, eine tolle Unterkunft, eine nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Genial, dass im Haus eine Café ist und gleich nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt, mit allem Wichtigen, was man so braucht. Perfekt und gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist super - sauber, Einrichtung funktional und der Blick über den See einfach schön! Unten im Haus in ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Café. Das rundet den perfekt Aufenthalt ab. Mezzolago ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung
Wir haben die Tage in Mezzolago sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Ledrosee war super und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Hauswirtin ist sehr herzlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Paradies in der Nähe vom Gardasee
Der Kontakt vorher und die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr gut! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei ihr!!! Es ist alles wie beschrieben und absolut modern, gemütlich und sauber. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr Hundefreundluch dort. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt unten an der Unterkunft, dort kann man zB frische Brötchen kaufen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Oase der Ruhe
Die FeWo ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um entweder im Vale di Ledro Natur zu genießen oder sich in das Getümmel im Norden und Westen des Gardasees zu stürzen. Vor der Haustür beginnen Wander- und Radwege, der Ledrosee lädt zum Baden ein. Mezzolago und die angrenzenden Orte warten mit Gaststätten für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel auf. Unschlagbar für die (Eigen-) Versorgung - der kleine Supermarkt direkt am Haus. Nach Riva an der Nordspitze des Gardasees ist man in weniger als 15 Miuten gefahren, besser geht's nicht. Geheimtipp - die Bier-Manufaktur "Leder" im Nachbartort Pieve di Ledro (Via Nuova 11), für den Freund von Craftbieren uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter sind nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch gut - den Gästen stehen Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Wunderbare Ausblicke
Wer eine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Ortslage mit trotzdem viel Grün sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht! Die Nutzung der Räder wie auch den Ausblick vom Balkon fanden wir toll ! das Dorf Mezzolago ist angenehm klein und den dazugehörigen Badestrand können wir nur empfehlen! Tatjana war bei allem behilflich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, super Lage, sehr schöne, neue saubere Wohnung.
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (7,9,12 Jahre) schon das 2.Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Ob beim Radeln, Bergwandern, in Klettersteigen oder am Gardasee - wir haben wieder viele schöne Aktivitäten unternommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht, dass alles passt.

Wir haben zu fünft, zwei Erwachsene mit drei Kindern wunderschöne Tage am Ledrosee verbracht! Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen und die Vermieterin hat uns in der top gepflegten superschönen Wohnung alles gezeigt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!!!! Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub!
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der sehr modern ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Personen optimal. Die Landschaft mit Bergen und dem See bietet alle Möglichkeiten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad die Region zu genießen. Unsere Vermieter haben das ganze "Wohlfühlpaket" abgerundet, in dem sie immer mit einem Tipps für Unternehmungen oder ein offenes Ohr für unsre Wünsche hatten. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à Ledro (2 adultes, 2 ados, 1 enfant, 1 chien)! La propriété (immeuble, jardin, situation) est agréable. L'appartement rénové est nickel et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques, disponibles, discrets et de bons conseils. L'épicerie au pied de l'appartement est bien pratique. La région est accueillante également avec les chiens. Les gens y parlent évidemment italien mais il y a aussi possibilité de se débrouiller en allemand, anglais, français. On y rencontre peu de touristes mais beaucoup de sportifs (nage dans le lac à 22°, course à pied et vélo autour du lac, randonnée en montagne...). C'est calme et dynamisant. Durant le séjour (juillet), nous avons eu du soleil tout le temps et une température idéale ~32°. Et que dire des pizzas... ;-) Merci Tatiana et Mario !

Sehr nette Gastgeber und schöner Ausblick von der neu renovierten Wohnung
Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der neu renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Die sehr netten Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir sind tolle Touren in den umliegenden Berge und Klettersteige gegangen. Danke!

Schöne grosse Wohnung mit toller Aussicht ..
...und mit Tatiana und Gianmario sehr nette Gastgeber,die sich sehr bemühen das ihre Gäste eine angenehme Zeit haben.Wir waren 2 Wochen im Oktober in Mezzolago,das Wetter war zwar nicht mehr sommerlich,aber überwiegend trocken.In der Gegend kann man schöne Radtouren machen,es ist rundum ziemlich gebirgig,es gibt aber genügend Radwege die nicht übermässig anstrengend sind....Zum See ist es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss...sehr klares Wasser...zum baden war natürlich nicht mehr geeignet im Oktober...wir kommen bestimmt noch mal im Sommer her. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, sie verfügt über mehrere Schlafräume und ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine sehr gut, ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal- Blick auf den See, Einkaufmöglichkeit in direkter Nachbarschaft und gute Ausgangsposition für Freizeitaktivitäten wie: wandern, schwimmen, fahrradfahren etc.
