"The hotel experience was great. Guest services were professional and helpful The amenities were good. I will say that the concerns I had were with the faucet and piping in the bathroom. The piping looked to be constructed that was not flush against the wall. The other issue I had was with the carbon monoxide alarm which glowed green and interrupted my sleep during the evening. I adjusted and wore a sleep mask."

"It was very quiet, the room was clean, and the Hotel over all was very clean. And we like that it had shuttle to and from the airport. My only thing was I maybe should have do more research about the hotel, as they do not use any cash only card payments,so we’re not prepared for that but thanks god we travel with our credit card for the just in case situations. We gave area around the property as average as we did not go to any areas around the property, this trip was not for site seeing."

"First time staying in Philly and wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised! Everybody seemed very friendly and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Seamless check in and check out! Housekeeping was sweet as pie! Only thing that I wasn’t used to was paying to park. We stayed 2 nights and paid $40 a night to park ($80 total) however, the hotel rate was great and the convenience of not worrying about where to park the car the whole time made it worth it! "It was so nice we extended our stay by one day. Great layout, great sleeping for 4 adults, 2 bedrooms and a living room with a fold out sofa bed. Full kitchen, and kitchen table and the perfect with 2 bathroom set up, the toilet and tub was each behind its own door while the sink was open to the bedroom which made 4 adults getting ready a breeze. "
