"This was the third time we had stayed at the Aztec and we had a fantastic experience. I booked the stay for my wife’s birthday which included the additional access to the spa and a massage. We also booked dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. My wife has very specific dietary requirements and these were all catered for by the Aztec’s wonderful staff. "When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel."
