"The accomodation is a short walk from the quaint lake side town. The town is easily connected via train station to any area in Lake Como. The properties lake and mountain views are gorgeous sipping your favorite beverage on the veranda. Breakfast was a variety of local pastries, yoghurt, juices, coffee/tea… Marco is a fabulous host! I would definitely stay here again :)"

"Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Böden, Badezimmer, Schlafräume alle offensichtlich frisch geputzt. Lediglich die Sitzkissen und Sesselhussen waren etwas fleckig. Das hat unserem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch getan!!! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!!! Der Zug, fährt am Haus entlang, aber nicht Nachts und nicht sehr häufig. Der kurze Fußweg zur Uferpromenade ist super nur leider nicht ausgewiesen."

"The lack of transport to the area made it a very difficult stay. Taxis do not visit the area after certain times and the bus timetable changes, and is not frequent enough to visit the area. This must be mentioned on the listing. The lack of hot water on arrival was frustrating I wanted a shower- which was fixed the same day The oven did not work and I booked an apartment to cook at. The host was nice, then unresponsive when I was having day 2-3 problems I had to check out after 2 days instead...

"The host is the sweetest and absolutely went the extra mile for us!!! Our big issue with this place though was that getting around was very very difficult. While it is only a short drive from bellagio (I assumed we would just take a taxi back and forth) there’s basically 1 taxi in the whole entirety of lake como. We were able to use the bus system a bit but the timetable isn’t very flexible and doesn’t run late enough to stay in bellagio for dinner. There are also no restaurants within walking...

"The spot in Lierna was a great launching off point for our several days on Lake Como. There is a ferry directly to Bellagio in the town and a great local restuarant we loved. Also a short drive to Varenna which is stunning. The town has a beach and the apartment has a pool so it was great for our group. I would stay there again."

"Clara and Gino are the sweetest and loveliest people. Besides the charming apartment which has the best views of Como and the mountains, they have decorated the apartment with a selection of books and travel guides.
