Once we finally did arrive we returned to the base of the mountain extremely stressed without staying the night. It was only a 12 to15 min. drive to the centre of Lucca. Susan was prompt at communication and was attentive to any needs we had on our visit. We enjoyed being able to see the olives being harvested. "We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."
