"Very convenient location right in the center of town. You do have to park a little far, especially if you’re there on a weekend, but it’s not too bad. I suggest dropping the luggage off with someone to check in and then go find parking so you’re not pulling luggage thru the stone walkways for blocks. They did give us free breakfast coupons for the Alvino cafe, we didn’t use them because it was so busy and tables were not available. There are plenty of cafes all around though, we liked one a few...

"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"Right in the mazey heart of the old city an amazing mini apartment .. Nor being a local it was tough to find a place to park that I knew would be legal and not get towed, but thats not the fault of the hotel :) In the end parked nearby and followed the google map link on foot trhough the maze of streets to find a great little place to stay ..
