"This is not your ordinary Motel 6. It is a converted Holiday Inn that is kind of grandiose, so the rooms are bigger and nicer than you'd normally expect for a Motel 6. The three staff members that I talked with were helpful and friendly. Sometimes motel staff can be aloof, but they are terrific. Also, lots of places to walk the dogs and a huge vacant field adjacent to the parking lot to let 'em run free. The room was not quite as beautiful looking as the pictures, but the rooms are nicer than other Motel 6's and the shower is strong pressure and hot. The overall bathroom is also nicer than I'd normally expect. This place gets a high rating if you can look past the fact that it is a little rough around the edges. "
