"Perfect size accommodation for our family of 5. Easy to find and a short walk to the trail. You can then ski to the Solitude lift or ski down to Jackson Gore. You're easiest return trail is Sidewinder, which was difficult for our 4 year old learning to ski. Otherwise, you can ski down the greens on the other side of Solitude lift; however, it's a slight uphill trek to get back to the house from the lift. The lodge with the indoor pool/amenities is also easier to drive than hike down to. Also...

"We chose this property for our first overnight ski trip with our young children and my parents. The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect location for ski access, and the indoor pool was just a few steps away. Ellen was extremely responsive (making check in and check out a breeze), and was even kind enough to offer us a late check out (presumably due to no incoming renters the following day). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and plan to be back!"

"My friends and I made a last minute ski trip for new years eve and decided instead of going to a local mountain in western Mass, we would go to a real mountain in VT. Our one friend lives out in western Mass but Okemo is still 2 hours away so instead of taking a drive up and a out in the same day we figured an over night stay would work well. "Perfect location and very clean. We had a great time staying and celebrating the new year. Communication before and during was wonderful - no issues. Ski access is a very short walk to the top of AB lifts. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of games and puzzles to entertain the whole family. We hope to be back again! "

Plenty of linensTammy from Ocean Breeze Vacation Rentals was very helpful and even checked on me how things were going.Only negative, and I pointed that out to Tammy, When there is moderate to a lot of wind, the AC/Heating unit howls like crazy from the wind. So bad that I slept on the couch. That needs to fixed!But again everything else was positive.!"

"2 minute walk to slope. Boys loved the real wood fireplace. Definitely only visit with a 4x4 vehicle as roads to condo are snow covered with an Incline. Definitely recommended place to stay!!"

"A lot to like here - Okemo is a great mountain (we were first timers), and yhe Solitude area is pretty well named, as it was a quiet area where the crowds did not come on Sunday and Monday ski days (even after an overnighr 3" of snow!), so that was great.The beds were comdortable, pillows good, etc. For the price, the kitchen and bathrooms should be a little upgraded - they seem circa 1990s. But it was clean, and the fireplace is very nice to have.Only 2 drawbacks are out of the owners' power:...

"I think the turntable next to the espresso machine says it all. We put on a Marvin Gaye song, snuggled on the big comfy couch, had a glass of wine, and looked out on the slopes. Basquali was helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend this unique rental. "
