"Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area. My son left his brand new Iphone 15 thr during our stay for Thanksgiving and the property managers still have not returned it to us. After contacting them several times and them saying they was going to mail it out here it is Jan and we still have have no phone. It was not like I was asking them to pay for it.
