Fun family trip
We stayed in this property for 3 nights, with our extended family. It was a great property to stay with easy access to downtown. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Easy communication with the property manager, check in and check out was easy

Wonderful relaxing retreat.
The house is a wonderful retreat, of the beaten path but close to town. The home is well stocked and was a perfect get away for our family with young adult children and their SO’s. It has fun activities with the pool and game room. It was a great place to connect, and Tara was great. We’d stay there again.

Perfect girls weekend getaway!
Our group had such a great stay. Check in was very clear and easy, and the property was simple to find. Being able to enjoy the indoor pool during a thunderstorm was perfect! We all enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. Everyone's bed and linens were super comfortable. It was so fantastic to be just a few minutes drive away from downtown Leavenworth. We didn't have time on this trip, but we would love to stop at the Reindeer Farm just down the road next time. All of us look forward to coming back for another girls weekend or with our families.

Tara was very helpful and answered our questions. Indoor pool was a big hit-especially with the lack of snow to play in. Property was exactly as advertised. Only negative were the nearby trains that woke us up the first night.

Our family stay here was great, had everything you need for a great gateway for all ages. The pool was a hit for the kids and the hot tub for the adults. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities. The grill worked amazing well. The overall atmosphere of the place was inviting.

The property was clean and very well taken care of. It had everything you would need and then some. Kids where entertained with pool access and so where the adults. Well worth the time for being able to spend time with our loved ones.

Family Fun
This was a great place to meet up with friends. We all have small children and so the pool was a great way to have fun without leaving house. We also had fun playing outside and taking walks. The house is huge and the kitchen was well stocked. Also close to trails where dads went mountain biking. It was a relaxing fun time.

A Perfect Plunge
Our multigenerational group had a fantastic stay. The pool (very warm water) was a huge hit, and it had all the toys any family could ever want. The property was very clean and well-stocked. The only thing were wanting was a juicer. We wished we had reserved a longer stay, but hope to return. Our only hiccup was an incorrect phone number for the property manager.

Family Vacation in Leavenworth Cascade Mountains
One goal of mine was to vacation in the Rocky Mountains. My wife and were able to do this in a really nice way this summer. 11 of us ranging from 2 years old to age 73. We had family from four states meet at Rosy boa. Lots of good things to do with mountain hikes and river swimming and a new adventure park rides. Nice to sit on the large patio and have good family conversations. The indoor pool was a big plus with the kids. We had lots of bedrooms and baths to spread out.

Perfect Home
Rosy Boa is a beautiful home located very close to downtown Leavenworth, but at the same time is very serene and peaceful. The home has an amazing kitchen with anything one might need including a big dining table seating 10, easily. It was a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. It all is extremely clean and well maintained. The days were very hot with smoke several days, so it was nice to stay inside and swim and relax with lots of room for all.

Great family holiday
Our family consisting of 11 people stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days in July. The house was spacious enough that all families had plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Leavenworth was only a short drive away. The host, Tara was very quick to respond to our requests/questions and made sure that we truly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, there was an area that needed to be cleaned, however Tara was very quick to make sure it was spotless. We truly appreciated her open communication and you can tell that she really loves her job. Thank you for a great stay and all the suggestions you gave.

Large Family Christmas
We had a large family Christmas with multiple sets of grandparents, 6 kids, two sets of parents. The large number of people and our lack of knowledge of the area could have made the trip difficult, but the property manager, Tara took great care of everything. She sent actvity suggestions, made transportation contacts on our behalf and most importantly took care of all the food arrangements. Premade meals, arrangements with a personal chef and assistance with all aspects of meals. The house itself is spacious, clean and has everything and more one could need for a visit to Leavonworth. The close proximity to town makes it easy to be part of the Bavarian Village magic while still feeling tucked away in nature. It is the perfect location in every way for a family getaway.

Disappointing experience
The lights in the pool room did not work and we repeatedly had to open up the crawl space to reset the breakers. The listing promised a ping pong table, but it had apparently been destroyed by the previous renters. And at the end of the trip we were charged a $300 fee for completely fabricated reasons - it seems like the property manager just made up an excuse to charge us more.

Great spacious house!
We absolutely loved our yearly family get together in Leavenworth. This year we stayed at the Rosy Boa Retreat. It is a very spacious home with room for everyone in our growing family. We really enjoyed the location of the home. It is an old farm homestead so the home is all by itself on a large piece of property. We saw wild turkeys everyday, peacocks and many chipmunks, as well as salamanders and lizards. The long lap pool was amazing and we didn't have to worry about sunburns. It's a great pool for playing games since it is all the same depth. The furnishings in the home look like they are all new. Nice beds and bedding. Nice couches and chairs. The only negatives were that there was no air conditioning in two of the downstairs bedrooms and there were no blinds in the living and dining area so they got really hot in the afternoon. They did bring us fans to help the uncooled rooms. We cooked large meals every day and the kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen has ample utensils, glassware, cookware, and some spices. The Rosa Boa retreat did not disappoint!!

Fabulous Family Getaway
This was a perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas. The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated for Christmas! The kitchen well stocked and the beds very comfortable. The pool was perfect for the kids and the bonus room upstairs worked great for the kids to spread out with their toys. Tara, the property manager was great and responded quickly to any questions. It is a beautiful property and a great place for a large family. We would definitely stay here again!
