The nightly rate includes the entire property and can accommodate up to six people. This is a residential property with neighbors. Events and parties are not permitted.

The main cabin (center cabin in the photos) contains the central living area and a loft/bedroom. The cabins nestled on either side are each a bedroom with a bathroom.

Amazing Stay
This was a great property, my boys loved having a private pool, it had a surprise ping pong cabin we didnt realize was there. Janice the property manager is absolutely amazing and so kind. We will absolutely be back, i tried to book it for my youngest boys birthday in August but sadly its already booked, so i will be trying for next year sooner. We loved that the propert is fully fenced and allowed dogs. I also really loved how she had so many extra towels, the cabin was very well stocked.

Great getaway!
I was impressed how it's maintained well. This place got everything you would need, with great amenities. We really loved the view and the location too. Our kids loved the pool and the little playground. So much fun!

Our favorite summer place
This is our third time staying here, and we were very glad we got in earlier in the summer this time. The cabins are lovely, so clean and air conditioned “, with very comfortable beds. The pool is warm and our dog loves having all that fenced space to run and play. Will definitely be back again!

Great family spot
Beautiful views, large property, great for kids and dogs. Cozy Leavenworth home base. Four family adults stayed in the cabins and we hosted 4 other family members (including kids) for family dinner and snow play. Heavy snow meant the firepit was buried and the driveway icy.

Fantastic Cabin Compound for Families
Icicle Camp was a perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our two grown sons, who each have a "significant other." We took the main lodge and they each had their own cabin. We were very pleased that the pool was still open this late in the season (Oct), and the cabins were fully stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful place!

Great spot for a weekend with friends
This spot is a hidden gem. Not far out of town and easily accessible by a main road, this set of cabins is perfect for a weekend away with friends. Each of the side cabins has its own toilet and shower, so there’s no problem with overlapping showers and toilet needs. The main cabin serves as a gathering space with a large table, perfect for sitting around and playing a game. Cozy, cute, and well worth the trip.

Cute + Private Property Right off of Downtown
If you're looking for a cute, quiet, and private property that's close to downtown Leavenworth, this is the place. I wouldn't say it's so close you can easily walk, but it's a quick drive, though it's not quick at the moment due to construction. Property owner is easily reachable, responds thoroughly and quickly, and is helpful. Space was almost exactly what we expected, barring some minor damage which the owner was not aware of and was on top of as soon as she was notified. Heated pool and hot tub are definitely worth it, but if you're out at night, there is not enough light, so I'd recommend bringing a lantern or something.

CELEBRATION TIME!
Our daughter is recovering from breast cancer. We rented the property for her Celebration - finished chemo and radiation. The property could not have been more perfect for her 7 and 5 year old boys, their cousins 11 and 8. They spent hours in the pool and hot tub. We went for nature walks, played ping pong and ate constantly! 3 cabins, 3 families, the center cabin served as our gathering place - could not have asked for more. This unique property is definitely on our list for next year.

Cute Property Great for Any Family
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was about a 5 minute drive to the city center, so it was close enough, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We loved that there were three separate, not attached cabins. This gave a great communal area, but then allowed the kids to go to their separate spaces at night. If you are local and plan on cooking for the family you may want to bring a large nonstick pan, that was really the only thing missing from the kitchen. The beds were all pretty firm, so hopefully you like it that way. Our kids didn't love that part, but it didn't hinder our stay at all. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to rent this property in the future.

Winter wonderland
I am still thinking about the epic snowy views from the hot tub! I was curious what it was going to be like with winter, but the parking and walkways were well plowed and cleared. The cabins were always warm and the gas fireplace in the main cabin was lovely after a cold day outside. This was an incredibly family friendly lodging - play structure in yard, well stocked game/puzzle cabinet and the kids loved having their own cabin. This place has a huge yard for kids and dogs to roam - but with the snow it wasn't possible to shut the main gate to let dogs off leash. We loved the location just a little bit out of town and so close to the ski and snowshoe trails that we hit every day of our stay. Kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, and plenty of dishware for a larger group. Really easy check-in and great communication with the property manager. This spot is a total gem. Would love to check it out in the summer when the pool is available!

Great Family Compound
There were 7 of us that stayed at the Icicle Camp Ranging in ages 1 1/2 to 52. Having 3 cabins with a fence around the property made very private. It was nice to have the main cabin and then the separate ones for our kids and grandson to go to at night. All was very clean and beds were comfortable. Its supplied very well with towels, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc etc. The cabins have ceiling fans and an air cooler in each one. However the main cabin is vaulted ceiling so it does get warm in there. The afternoon sun beats in the front doors and the air cooler is on the upper level where the beds are so it does not do much to cool the main level. We brought a box fan with us to help circulate the air and it really stayed cool until the late afternoon. We loved having the pool. We were in it everyday! It was also nice to have The yard fenced if you have a dog. They are even so nice to have two large water dishes your furry friends. The lawn is mowed around the pool area, in the front of the cabins and a large area out past the fire pit but there is a lot of the yard that is left natural. The do have a path mowed to get back to the play area and game cabin though. We were a little disappointed in the game cabin. There is a foosball table and dartboard. It says on the listing it had a nintendo Wii and PS2 plus t.v. so we brought games to play but there is just the dartboard and foosball. Its also not air conditioned so just be aware. We had a great week at icicle camp. It was nice to kickback and relax at this place after our daughters wedding.

Great Experience!
We will definitely be staying again! The host has thought of everything. We had an Alexa to play music on, we were set up to watch movies, and the kitchen was fully stocked (we had everything we needed for an amazing Thanksgiving feast). We brought both our dogs and they were able to be free while we lounged around the fireplace. I also really appreciated how quickly the host responded to questions I had. I would highly recommend!
