We really enjoyed our short stay at the Delaware Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Don’t forget to return your parking pass! I forgot but will mail it back.

Loved the old western feel of the hotel. Inconvenient, steep stairways, but that's part of the charm. Hope they don't change the hotel and keep working to hold on to that 1850s feel!

Rae at the front desk was kind and courteous. The room was just fine. Nothing special. Bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs was great. Breakfast was good. I’d stay here again. It’s walking distance to anything downtown. Good place to stay if going to ski cooper.

Would 10/10 stay at the Delaware Hotel again. I NEVER write hotel reviews but felt the staff and ambiance here deserved the glowing review. The staff went above and beyond to make my group feel welcome on my bachelorette trip. The hotel restaurant was probably the best restaurant in town, and the staff at the Delaware was very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Rooms were clean too. Older fixtures (to be expected), so keep in mind that some things may have some “quirks” to them, like holding the toilet handle down to flush, etc.

Leadville is a historic mining town in Colorado. The entry to the Delaware is warm and inviting and my family and I had a fabulous night sleep. The staff welcomed us with popcorn and help unloading our luggage. You feel safe and appreciated for staying with them. The restaurant food was delicious and the ambiance was cozy and warm. Our server described our choices exactly to what we received. The meal was so delicious we returned for breakfast before heading out to ski. It was an adventure climbing the stairs to our room and being welcome to a vintage experience. It was a unique experience and we will come again.

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful but still it’s a very old antique building floors and old area rugs. It’s a rundown property without elevators, we were on the 3rd floor. Staff did help a little to get to third floor
