"A great quirky property in a lovely peaceful part of France"

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."

"J'ai réuni mes proches dans l'objectif de fêter mon anniversaire et on a passé un excellent WE .Une procédure d'arrivée et de départ fluide, avec une certaine flexibilité sur les horaires ce qui est précieux surtout quand certains viennent de loin. "We made this our first stop on our arrival in France. It was a nice place to unwind after our travels and was well-situated to explore Giverny and its surroundings. The buildings and garden are charming. An enjoyable place when you need a break from the city. "

"Stunning property, a loved and well cared for family home full of stories to be told. Our twin toddlers loved exploring the garden and swimming in the pool. We had a lovely relaxing sunny week. Benjamin was great at communicating and check in/out was very smooth. Would definitely return. "

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."

"This house was very private and had a very cozy cottage feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped and was very spacious for me and my husband. it has a beautiful property and an unground pool which unfortunately it rained everyday so didn't get to enjoy it but would have been great if we could have. Has a basketball court and area to play a French ball game If in France again would stay here. There is a coccimarket close by for groceries and if need to exchange money like we did there is an...

"We were given a very personal and friendly welcome by the hosts, who explained details of the house to us. The house is very well equipped and spacious, especially since we were only two people! The house is well placed to visit this part of Normandy and the hosts were able to give good advice. This would suit many different groups of people. "I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking.
