"We had such a great experience at this hotel. Great customer service at the reception. We were a family of four and stay at the Annex which is in the same complex as the main building. Even thought the Annex is near the highway, we couldn’t hear any noise as our room faced the hotel’s parking lot. ..."

"It was a private room with limited cooking facilities, the hot plates didn't work as to the instructions and it would have been a good idea to have a notice in the room that washing up and teatowel were available at a small cost. There was NO cutting board or suitable utensils for cooking."
