The three bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.
The lagoon of Pointe Faula at 3 km is perfect for a relaxing swim. It is also for athletes an ideal spot for windsurfing and kite surfing.

La villa Cocotte bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal sur la Coline au Vauclin.
Très bonne propriété avec une super vue de la côte Atlantique. L’intérieur est bien aménagé et tout ce dont nous avions besoin était présent. L’hôte est très proactif et répond rapidement aux messages. En bref nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette propriété.

Très belle villa, bien agencé et bien équipé dans un environnement calme avec une vue magnifique. Aucune odeur de Sargasse et peu de moustique, c’est l’endroit idéal pour des vacances en Martinique.

Very good place for relaxing holidays
We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in this house. It is fully equipped with all you need. Didier is very helpful and supportive. We could always contact him and he had some advice for us when we had questions regarding the house. The view from the house is spectacular. We can recommend it. Belle propriété
Belle maison situé en hauteur avec un magnifique point de vue et une piscine agréable. Elle est bien équipée notamment en ustensile de cuisine. Pour les points négatifs : le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée et une chambre n'avait pas été préparée. Enfin, les moustiques, abrités à l’intérieur de la maison nous ont salués gentiment à notre arrivée ,rarement vu autant pourtant nous habitons nous aussi en Martinique. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne chargée de nous accueillir.

Villa très agréable sans vis à vis très bien équipée
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille dans cette villa en toute tranquillité. La vue est superbe. La « plage » de la piscine permet de boire un verre les pieds dans l eau. Sa grande terrasse permet de profiter de l extérieur même lorsqu il pleut ou en cas de confinement 😉. Située sur les hauteurs une voiture est indispensable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré une réservation très tardive. Nous reviendrons.
