disappointing house
This property was a FIRE trap. Over 3 floors but no firedoors. Stairs at the very back of the open plan ground floor and the rear exit was locked by the owners mother and the key removed. had a fire broken out we would have been unable to get out from either of the upper floors. NO sea view. A view of a port and boats but surrounded by warehouses. Area very run down and many other houses in the terrace were uninhabited and derelict. Also on a very noisy busy road including at night time. There should have been clear instructions as to the use of the induction hob, which was very complicated. Even the owner's mother had difficulty showing us how it worked. Should state on the website that this property is unsuitable for elderly or less mobile people. the 2 flights of stairs are very steep, twisty and narrow

Beaucoup de choses à dire : maison située entre trois maisons insalubres , remplie d'humidité, forte odeur de chien et de cigarette à l'arrivée, maison sombre au bord d'une chaussée bruyante . On était bercé par les bruits constants des voitures, mobylettes, marins car face au port . On a faillli repartir dès l'arrivée . De multiples taches sur le canapé , le lave vaisselle et la hotte ne fonctionnaient pas correctement . Maison petite et étroite , impossible d'être 6 là dedans. Lits petits pour deux 135 cm et salle de bain étroite . Le vitrage dans les chambres laissait le bruit constant nous empêchant de dormir sereinement . Le système oscillo battant de la fenêtre du bas étant cassé, on ne savait jamais vraiment aérer, en ayant une fille asthmatique, ce n'était pas évident de rester dans cet environnement malsain . De plus, nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçus ne nous a rien expliqué ... Logement beaucoup trop cher à la semaine , 800 eur c' est intolérable. Bref à éviter ....

Logement sur le quai du port de plaisance
Logement bien équipé situé directement entre Le Tréport et Mers-les-Bains. Propriétaires très aimables et réactifs. N‘oubliez pas vos draps et vos serviettes de bain / plage. Nous avons eu la chance d‘avoir un week-end de Pâques très ensoleillé!
