For a group of eight golfers this property is well located in a very nice area and comfortable. The proprietor and concierge were responsive, dealing with a couple of issues that arose promptly. The facilities are fit for purpose and the beds are comfortable. Bed linen, towels and all consumables represented an additional cost. Overall, this is a very nice property. With a little more focus on the needs of the occupants it could be made even better.

We verbleven met een groep van 16 in Le Touquet, een leuk en gezellig stadje. De ligging van het huis is mooi en er is een mooie, afgesloten tuin. Nog geen 24u na onze aankomst stond de politie aan de deur omdat 8 kinderen in de tuin aan het voetballen waren en dat maakte teveel lawaai. Er mag in deze buurt helemaal geen lawaai gemaakt worden volgens de politie. De politie gaf aan dat de buurman hier vaak voor belt. We durfden dus nauwelijks nog naar buiten gaan. Het huis zelf is verouderd en heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig.De vierde badkamer is geen volwaardige badkamer. De Wifi werkte niet en we kregen geen antwoord van de conciërge toen we hier een mailtje over stuurden. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en vriendelijk, de conciërge echter nam nauwelijks enkele min tijd om ons rond te leiden bij aankomst en ze was direct weer weg zonder een woordje uitleg. We hebben ondanks alles genoten maar alles bij elkaar was het een teleurstelling voor ons.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Elle est trÚs lumineuse, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et elle était trÚs propre. La communication avec Sandrine qui s'occupe des arrivées et des départs est facile. Notre groupe était composé de grands-parents, parents et petits-enfants. La maison a plu à tous. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette maison !

La villa a son charme, l’emplacement est trĂšs bien dans un beau quartier. PiĂšce de vie et chambres correctes. Petits bĂ©mols : le lave vaisselle Ă©tait en panne, peut-ĂȘtre que les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires n’avaient pas transmis l’info, cependant faire la vaisselle Ă  la main pour 11 personnes cela prend du temps sur le sĂ©jour. Les salles de bain sont Ă  rĂ©nover, joints de carrelage moisis, propretĂ© moyenne. 1 douche Ă©tait inutilisable car le thermostat Ă©tait bloquĂ© sur 45 degrĂ©s. La salle de bain avec baignoire est trĂ©s dĂ©modĂ©e et la salle de bain du rdc est spacieuse, cependant la douche trĂšs glissante, nous avons eu une chute. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passĂ© un bon week-end en faisant abstraction de ces petits bĂ©mols.

Verblijf met kinderen en kleinkinderen bood een groot comfort niet alleen aan kamers maar ook toiletten en badkamers. Op de site was geen info wat betreft beddengoed. Via mail was er wel vlotte communicatie mogelijk waaruit bleek dat dit optioneel was en liefst vooraf moest aangevraagd worden en betaald. Le Touquet Paris-Plage zelf was echt een meevaller.

Superbement située, la propriété a tout afin d'offrir un excellant séjour en grande compagnie. Ce n'est pas le flambant neuf, mais l'équipement est en ordre. Le contacte avec Sandrine et le propriétaire c'est merveilleusement déroulé. Super weekend!

TrÚs bonne semaine dans une maison spacieuse et bien située pour notre famille avec de trÚs jeunes enfants. La maison est bien équipée, la conciergerie est réactive s il manque quelque chose Il faudrait prévoir des travaux de rafraßchissement sérieux dans les sanitaires et sur la terrasse (lames de bois mobiles et clous qui ressortent )

Omdat het ons vorig jaar erg bevallen was, hebben we dit jaar met onze familie opnieuw geboekt. De ervaring dit jaar was eerder teleurstellend. De villa, hoewel goed van ligging en ruim is toch wel aan herstel toe. Vorig jaar kon het er nog net mee door en waren omgeving en het huis op zich (voldoende ruimte) voldoende argumenten om opnieuw te boeken. Hoewel de huurprijs gestegen is, is er weinig geĂŻnvesteerd in het onderhoud en vernieuwen van de accomodatie. Badkamertjes moeten opgefrist worden, terras en buitentrappen dringend onderhouden , het geheel geeft van buitenaf een wat verwaarloosde indruk. Internetverbinding is lamentabel! Slot achterdeur kapot, is nadien wel prompt hersteld. Netheid kan zeker beter voor de nieuwe huurders, er lag overal stof en er waren verstopte doucheafvoerleidingen...
