Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. "We had a delightful one week stay in Antibes, with my wife, 92 year old mother and her carer. The apartment is on a leafy avenue, just five minutes from the Antibes beaches, with elevator access. "This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!"

"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. The mold covered a vent in the bathroom and was all over the shower. I had an allergic reaction to the mold. By the second day, my nose was running whenever I...

"We had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. The geographical location is unique for visiting cities such as Cannes and Nice. Also Grasse is a very beautiful village with the perfume museum. We are very grateful for the friendly and very welcoming nature of the house owners. High recommended. Highly recommended."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. "We had a wonderful holiday and were made incredibly welcome by Marie and Gerard. From the moment that we arrived, they were both incredibly helpful and generous, helping with local advice and even bringing us a few treats!!
