"This is a perfect chalet. Homely and comfortable, our group of 6 adults and four children had a marvellous stay in Vars. Fantastic location - a few minutes walk from the ESF school and lifts, and minutes away from a separate area where the children could toboggan and play with snowmobiles. Vars is fantastic - a relaxed, sunny, low-key resort with lots of charm and not the herds of Northern European skiers you usually encounter further north in Chamonix or equivalent. The large deck of the chalet faced beautiful mountains and the isolation ensured total quiet.
