"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . "We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Umgeben von Wald und mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte. Kleinere Mängel wurden schnell beseitigt und es gab immer ein Lächeln für uns. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es ein kleines Carepaket, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der hauseigene Außen-Whirlpool konnte beheizt werden und war sehr entspannend. Schade war, dass der Weg zum Domizil sehr holprig und in eher schlechtem Zustand war (zumindest von der günstiger gelegenen...

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended."

"We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach...

"Une maison bien équipée, très agréable, perchée au dessus de la mer. Une très belle vue. Un environnement très calme, la maison se situe au bout d'un chemin. Possibilité d'effectuer de belles marches aux environs et d'aller au village à pied en une demi heure. L'accès à la plage est plus compliqué : chemin trop escarpé et mal entretenu. "

"We spent the first week of July in Punta Ala, which seems to surprise every Italian we tell. The area was developed in the 1970s and vacationers are mostly Italians. It is a lovely verdant spot, with many beautiful beaches which require some youthful energy to get to. The Villa Raciti was everything as promised. "Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"
