DISSATISFACTION WITH HOTELS.COM
I was VERY IRRITATED to find that my bill (booked on hotels.com did NOT CORRESPOND with what I had to pay. I was charged for parking (new since last year) and taxe de séjour. I also want to be refunded by hotels.com for the 2 breakfasts I did not have but which had been already (I found) paid for. I am NOT HAPPY with hotels.com and next time I will go directly to the hotel.

Je ne vous le conseille pas.
Très difficile d’acces, pas de parking ? Chambre sonore, la bouilloire ne fonctionne pas, le téléphone interne ne fonctionne pas, pas de casserole....,ou est la prestation studio kichnette ? Petit déjeuner cher et mauvais . Des groupes étranger hyper bruyants !!

Apathy rules.
From blood stained bedsheets on day 1 to broken shower heads and no blankets on bed, this hotel needs someone to take charge and organise things. Poorly managed and despite numerous requests for the above to be sorted, it never was.

Nous étions la pour un mariage, malheureusement pas de penderie ou de support pour mettre nos tenue. Pas non plus de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. toutefois nous avons eu une proposition de changement de chambre, mais nous étions installés. Nous avons appréciez le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse de l'équipe

Très bon hôtel bien situé à côté des axes fransport , personnel très agréable et pro, chambre propres grandes et bien agencées , kitchenette, cadeau de bienvenue, hôtel calme commerces et restaurants à côté. Vraiment très bien je recommande cet hôtel

For the price and location it is not bad. Driving into Paris is easy and about 35 minutes. There is underground parking for only 5 Euros per night. The street is very noisy, so I would request a room on the back side of the hotel.

Ca pourrait être bien mais...
Nous cherchions une chambre familiale et cet hôtel en proposait, tant mieux! Arrivée tardive (apres) 23h00. Un gardien de nuit, très gentil, serviable. Parking sous terrain sous l'hôtel non clos mais pas de sentiment d'insécurité. L'hôtel est le long de la toute qui longe la seine entre St Germain en Laye et la défense. Pas très bruyant mais pas très calme non plus. tout d'abord la personne qui nous accueille se trompe de charmbre et nous donne une chambre pas pour nous en la faisant payer alors que la réa avait déjà été payée... A peine arrivés dans ladite chambre on vient nous chercher pour nous changer d chambre... tant mieux car bien que non fumeur elle puait la cigarette... un enfer!". Dans la nouvelle chambre le lit enfant n'est pas fait (un convertible) mais il n'y a pas non plus de draps...le gardien de nuit se démène pour nous apporter tout ce la mais c'est pas genial tout de meme. Sinon la chambre est assez spacieuse découpée en deux volumes avec une cloison mobilier. dans la salle de bain pas de bouchon a la baignoire et pas de support pour la douche...pas pratique... Donc en résumé, les chambres sont pas mal. Visiblement le coté non fumeur n'est pas respecté. problème d'entretiens dans la douche ou de préparation des chambres... avis moyen donc. Nous n'y retournerons pas!
