"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"Very helpful check in. I was travelling with my dog, so it was very handy to be able to park outside my room and go directly in to the room. My dog is protective of me and struggles with lots of people in the reception area etc. evening meal was very good. Only negative was only one available plug in the room (without unplugging the TV). The hearing/air con system was noisy, but I finally managed to turn it off. Only 2 small milks in the room. I could have asked for more and I am sure someone would have given me some. "

"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "

"We absolutely love this property. This is our 3rd stay here. It has olde world charm, beautiful ambiance, lovely staff, lots of amenities and dog friendly. What’s not to like. All guests meet for drinks prior to dinner and eat at the same time. Unusual, yes but it works. "

"House and surroundings were lovely but wouldn’t sleep 17. We were worried we wouldn’t find enough to do but that wasn’t the case. However, Mele (the nearest town) was a little disappointing as most of the businesses were closed for a few weeks while we were there, in August but we had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful."

"Fantastic house, garden and facilities. High quality beds and bathrooms throughout. Tennis court was a particular bonus, with a good bounce even though it looks a little tired. A lovely quiet location with lots of activities within half an hours drive. And Claire was amazing when our car broke down....."

"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on hand if we needed anything but otherwise he let us enjoy his beautiful property in our own way.
