"Beautiful hotel. Clearly quite new, clean, good design, well tended gardens. Staff were nice and friendly, rooms were very nice and quite large. Getting free access to the spa across the road was a nice touch. Good bar and good breakfast on offer. "

"Wonderful location with splendid views over river from large room. We extended to 8 nights so obviously good but tiny tiny wardrobe so clothes around room. However , we saw other rooms had much larger later so should have asked to change. Excellent overall"

"Very modern hotel, room and bathroom like new. Nice touch of offering a kettle with tea and coffee as well as glasses. Reception was very welcoming with fresh fruits set out on counter. Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby. We used the adjacent hotel parking to walk to the lobby without taking any stairs, alternatively you go back to the street and take the stairs up to the reception."

"The house is very distinctive. It is just off the main (but quiet) road, so easy to find. The owner's house is across from it. The view is excellent, you are not overlooked at the back of the house and you have access to the farmland. There are a number of very nice walks - the late summer skies over the ripening orchards were just beautiful. The house is well featured, with everything reasonably provided for (including a kettle and coffee machine & percolator). Aircon is provided in the living area and top floor bedroom. We brought our Firestick to watch online (being easier to do so than use the TV). The middle floor sleeps up to 4 people (double and 2 single beds), while the top floor is double. Like a lot of period french houses, the upper stairs is steep - but is well built, with a good handrail. The pool is above ground, accessed by an up-and-over ladder. While this is fine for most people, it is a bit wobbly - so it will feel unstable for those less sure on their feet. It's also felt quite cool, but was at around 25 degrees C according to the thermometer. The host, Solange, could not have been friendlier. She made a real effort to make us feel welcome and settled. Warm and personable, without being instrusive."

"This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in Anne’s gorgeous stone house! It’s so calm, peaceful and really perfect for a relaxing holiday! Driving distance to all the cute villages, and everything you would need! Plus my 2.5 year old loved the cats and sweet dog that came to visit us! Thank you Anne!! Really wonderful place!"
