"I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel. The staff are fantastic! Overall, the hotel is warm, comfortable and has lots of charm. The beds are great, water pressure is good and one can easily walk to Old Town. My only minor complaint is there is quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night and early morning if you end up in a street-facing room; perhaps at some point they can invest in double glazed windows to cut down on the sound. "We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "
