"Venus pour une rencontre de dessinateurs de rue avec mon mari, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le studio conforme à la description sur le site. Malgré le temps maussade, nous avons pu boire une fois le café sur la terrasse. L'endroit est bien au calme. Les hôtes sont très réactifs. Merci !"

Lots to see and explore on foot in Nantes, a lovely city with excellent transport and parking near the centre. 3rd floor flat overlooking a square, no lift, but easily accessible. Good communication with owner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"J’ai beaucoup aimé avoir pu ouvrir les fenêtres de chaque côté dans cet appartement traversant pour faire de l’air. La douche est aussi très bien. Le petit problème est que plusieurs soirs la nuit dans les 2-3 heures du matin des gens parlent très forts dans la rue pendant longtemps. La nuit dernière quelqu’un s’est vraiment fâché et leur a demandé de se taire et ça n’a pas été bien reçu. Je ne sais si ces gens viennent du bar en bas de la rue ou du petit theatre plus haut mais ils n’ont aucune...

"Overall the property was fine but the were a few things that let it down. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rail on both sides, the bathroom mirror was broken and had been repaired with tape, and the soap dispenser was missing on the basin. Hopefully these will be fixed for future guests"

"This is a cute, comfortable apartment. The concierge was friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on the neighboring street are excellent, as are the Bio Coop and boulangerie just a block to the east. "

"Bien situé, on peut visiter à pied ou en transports en commun. L'appartement est bien équipé, bonne literie, heureusement qu'il y a du triple vitrage car il y a des bars au pied de l'immeuble et des avions qui passent. Quand les fenêtres sont fermées, on n'entend plus rien."
