The house is located 5 minutes drive from the port of Le Palais, and just over the first track.

Grand week-end end à Belle ile
Maison bien située, au calme. Magasins d’alimentation proches. Équipement top sauf pour le couchage : Plaids inadaptés, allergisants en guise de couvertures avec nuits humides d’où point négatif pour le sommeil sinon tout a été parfait. Une couette aurait rendu ce séjour parfait !

Maison belle iloise
Maison très agréable avec tout le confort, l'accueil est irréprochable. Accès facile pour toutes les activités. La grande table extérieure est un plus avec le superbe temps du week-end. Nous recommandons ce gite.

Jolie maison bien placée par rapport au Palais Bon équipement et bonne literie Un bémol : nous avons du relaver toute la vaisselle Le propriétaire n’y est pour rien mais la personne qui gère le ménage aurait du vérifier surtout que nous payons quand même 50e de forfait ménage

Séjour Belle île - Le Palais
Super séjour dans cette maison très bien située : proche de la plage, des commerces et de Palais, le tout dans un petit hameau tranquille. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et disponibles. Mention ++ pour les livres et jeux de société mis à disposition pour les enfants ! Bref nous recommandons cette location.

Bonjour nous avons apprécié ce logement. Très bien équipé, literie de qualité. Dommage que les environs du jardin ne soient pas très agréables à la vue. Et puis le chien des voisins venait et nous n'apprécions pas. Surtout de marcher dans ses déjections..... Sinon, ,notre séjour randonnée fut très agréable.

L'organisation des pièces de la maison(chambres ,salles de bain..) contribue au bien être de chacun. Proximité du supermarché (10 mn) est un avantage, proximité de Le Palais où nous sommes allées à pied (20 mn max.) pour prendre un bus jusqu'au départ des randonnées. Seule déception: l'environnement du gîte, ce qui n'apparait pas sur la photo de l'annonce. Mais le calme du lieu ,la propreté et le confort du gîte nous ont permis de minimiser ce point négatif. Le propriétaire est très réactif et bienveillant. Je recommande cette adresse et nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Une maison agréable et fonctionnelle, au calme, bien située pour se rendre à Palais et rayonner sur l'île. Très bon accueil de notre hôte. A noter que le jardin n'est pas clos pour ceux ayant de jeunes enfants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Rénovée avec goût (coup de cœur pour la salle de bain du bas) et très très bien équipée. Lieu très calme et bien situé pour les commerces. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
