The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Bern's charming Old City, making it easy to explore all the sights. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bern—you won’t be disappointed!"

"The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym."
