"Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer."

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge convenience, and the location near the airport and main train station made traveling easy. "We loved this hotel especially the view. The room was a bit snug and the washroom shower would always have water coming out on the floor. We had to layer towels next to the door. But overall a great hotel, with a great bar at the lobby with good music. "

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. There are some cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mall also within walking distance. My checkout was at 11am but my flight wasn't until 9pm, the hotel held my bags for me for the day. "
