"Hotel is in a gated section where many hotels are located with direct walking and shuttle access to Mont St Michel. You have to pay for the parking (but anyone who visits Mont St Michel has to pay for parking). A simple and very clean yet dated/worn hotel with basic amenities. Staff are warm and friendly. I slept great and was able to walk to the bridge that accesses Mont St Michel (about 30 minutes to the island itself). There are many dining options within a few minutes walk. "

"We used Granville as our hub to explore the Normandy area in France. We rented a car and stayed at Hotel des Bains for five nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our adult son along so we book the "Superior Family Room side sea view" which was excellent. Our son had his own area with a privacy curtain. Our balcony looked over the sea. We had a great stay."

"We liked that it was part of Accuielle Velo. The dining room was not open but meal trays were offered. This was helpful because we were traveling by bike and the hotel is somewhat remote. The meals were simply small microwaveable dishes, plus some extras. Better than nothing but not worth 23 euros apiece! That is absurd for what we got.
