"Inadequate. I arrived at the agreed time after an 8 hour transatlantic and 1 hour car journey then had to wait one and a half hours for the owners to show up and let me in! They would not respond to my repeated telephone calls! No armchair. A couple of poor quality deck chairs do not substitute for a comfortable chair to sit on in the evening. There were urine stains around the toilet and the shower area was not properly clean and had mold. No instructions as to where to leave rubbish or...

"I was quite disappointed. There was some difficulty as I only speak English, but used a computer translator to communicate with the host. The manager met us at the apartment and asked for a 3.50 euro per night tax fee. This is the first time I had heard of this and I called the site and they still haven't gotten back to me although I was told that hosts are not supposed to ask for additional fees. With other rental sites hosts tend to leave recommendations regarding the city or neighborhood....
