OK for a cheap hotel
The hotel is located opposite the Train Station in Le Mans, in a busy road. There's cafes and restraunts in the street, and a very good kebab shop below the hotel. In the room we had two double beds, shower and sink, and the toilet was shared between 4 rooms. Room was clean enough. No air con or parking - parking on the street or in the station. Station parking is 2.5 euro a night BUT during the day goes up to 1euro for 20 mins so leanving at 12:30 we paid 18 Euros. Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Room for the price was OK - its a cheap hotel so we didn't expect the ritz. Trams on the road outside go into Le Mans, but we didn't take it. We were staying one night on the way back to the ferry. Althought the hotel was OK, and we enjoyed the food in the kebab shop, I think I'd opt for an out of town hotel next time because of the parking. If you're travelling by train and need somewhere cheap near the station then this is a good place.
