The residence is nestled in a very beautiful 21m2 studio style apartment
For 2 people opening onto a very beautiful 20m2 terrace and above all PANORAMIC SEA VIEW

Information:
On the left you have Rayol beach, Canadel beach, the very large and beautiful Cavaliere beach with Water Sports Restaurant and private beach, the magnificent Layet cove (attention naturist) there is also a magnificent Grand Blanc beach between cavalier and Aiguebelle, Aiguebelle beach, La Fossette beach+++ St Clair and Le Lavandou and BORMES LES MIMOSAS
St Clair with its superb coastal path to be done in complete safety, very beautiful seaside resort very pleasant in the evening nearby with its restaurants and its walk along the very large beach.
A few minutes walk from the port of Lavandou we have a final and festive atmosphere.
In Bormes-les-Mimosas you have a very recent history museum,
the village is magnificent,
Bormes is one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Old Lavandou as well as the very nice port in the evening.
Then you have the islands of Porquerolles with its very beautiful Carmignac Foundation museum.

My favorite if you like coves, it looks like little Corsica!!!!
go and park at Fort Bregancon (Bormes) and take the coastal path to L Estagnole beach +++

The cycle path from TOULON to ST RAPHAEL will guide you, among other things, to the 12 beaches and coves of different colors and fine sand.

L’appartement est vraiment idéalement situé. La terrasse est vraiment son plus gros atout, une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pieds. L’appartement est également bien équipé et fonctionnel (frigo, congélateur, machine à laver…) et surtout une Clim très appréciable !

Le plaisir de la proximité de la mer et du panorama sur la belle bleue. Appartement bien équipé, une climatisation efficace et nécessaire par celle belles journées d'été. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité du propriétaire. Un appartement conforme à la description, aménagé avec beaucoup de fonctionnalités, un atout majeur : sa terrasse et un panorama magnifique. Accès plages, commerces, centre ville : 10 min à pied. Très bon séjour au Lavandou.

Teilweise inakzeptabel
Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Der Standort war gut und wir hatten insgesamt einen einigermaßen schönen Urlaub. Jedoch war die Ausstattung miserabel und entsprach überhaupt nicht dem Ausgeschriebenen. Zum einen gab es kein WLAN, obwohl es ausdrücklich hieß, dass WLAN vorhanden ist. Die Bettbezüge haben komplett gefehlt. Toilettenpapier und Seife waren auch nicht vorhanden. Ebenso wurden uns keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. All diese Punkte waren in der beschriebenen Ausstattung drinnen und haben komplett gefehlt. Der uns gegebene Kontakt war über den ganzen Urlaub überhaupt nicht erreichbar, obwohl wir es mehrfach per Telefon versucht haben. Dinge wie fehlendes WLAN oder vorhandenes Klopapier sind eine absolute Frechheit. Wir waren von verfügbarem Internet für unsere Arbeit abhängig. Sowas ist ein absolutes No-Go. In dem Zustand können wir die Wohnung absolut nicht empfehlen.

Excellent séjour et endroit paradisiaque. Seul bémol (indépendant de la location) bande passante téléphone et internet très mauvais avec abonnement FREE 1 trait en H+ par contre chez SOSH 4 traits en 4G.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce très joli studio à 5 mins à pieds de la plage de St clair. Le logement est très propre, mobilier neuf, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien situé dans résidence calme. Mention ++ pour la terrasse et sa vue splendide ☀️.
