Los Amigos location
Très joli appartement confortable et avec tout ce qu'l faut pour séjourner (sauf cafetière trop petite) La literie est confortable, les rangements suffisants. Cependant la cabine de douche est vraiment trop étroite. Ceci dit ce logement reste un nid douillet pour passer ses vacances.

You get what you pay for
Kleine gemütliche Wohnung zum fairen Preis. Man muss sich über die Enge in der Wohnung bewusst sein. Ich im 8. Monat schwanger hatte Probleme in die Duschkabine zu kommen, das könnte für Männer mit Bierbauch zu eng sein. Mit Kleinkind zu duschen war auch nicht möglich. Gleiches gilt für das Hochbett, da fer Platz neben dem Bett bis zur Wand sehr eng ist. In der Küche sind viele Küchengeräte vorhanden, was super ist (Mikrowelle, Miniofen, Kaffeemaschine), jedoch nur kleine Töpfe und nicht ein Küchenmesser. Das haben wir uns dann auf dem Markt besorgt. Kaffeemaschine musste ich entkalken damit sie funktionierte, Interhome hätte mir diese aber auch sofort gegen eine Andere ausgetauscht. Lage der Wohnung ist super, Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig. Garage konnten wir wegen des Dachträgers nicht nutzen, es gab aber immer Parkplätze an der Straße.

Unglaubliches, unseriöses Verhalten
Hier war von Anfang an alles schlecht. Die gebuchte Tiefgarage war 10cm niedriger als angegeben und hatte mir dadurch einen Schaden am Autodach zugezogen. Laut Vermieter wird das seine Versicherung übernehmen. Immer wieder Ausflüchte bei der Schadensabwicklung . auch nach fast einem vierteljahr immer noch keinen Cent erhalten. Stattdessen windiges Angebot 50% zu übernehmen. Unterkunft selber sehr mäßig. Unsauberes Bettzeug, alles sehr abgewohnt. Ich kann diesen Vermieter nicht empfehlen.

porte de douche qui gêne complètement, espace insuffisant pour une famille de 4personne dans le couloir qui mène au toilette et a la salle de bain, sèche linge inadapté pour 4personne, ventilateur inadapté à la surface, aspirateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit et qui aspire mal, chambre (avec lit double) oppréssante et sans lumière au plafond, très peu d'espace entre le lit superposé et le mur, manque de matelas pour le canap . Cuisine nikel, mais pas de clé pour le racourcis du garage (innondable)

LOCATION GRAU DU ROI
Logement prêt de la plage. Garage pas très pratique pour un Kangoo car trop prêt du portail. Pas de casseroles il restait seulement des couvercles donc nous l avons signalé à la reception. Très bien pour un couple et 2 enfants. Le code du portillon ne sert à rien mais il faut rentrer dans l'immeuble pas le parking ouvert vers l autre résidence.

Dans l'annonce on voyait 2 sièges et 1 canapé.Ce qui a motivé notre choix de cet appartement.Mais en arrivant il n'y avait pas de canapé.Sur 7 jours on est resté perché 4 jours sur des chaises.C'était épuisant.Réclamation faite et après avoir reçu un courrier promettant de nous recontacter, c'est le silence. Et rien n'a été fait pour ce préjudice.

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme. Puisqu'il n'est pas exposé sud, il n'y fait pas trop chaud. La douche est un peu étroite, les appareils ménagers de qualité moyenne. Autrement, le fait d'avoir un garage est très bien et devrait être mentionné plus précisément dans le descriptif (il est noté stationnement). Tout était bien. Nous retenons même la référence pour y retourner

l'appart était bien, mais l'agence pas terrible et beaucoup de pers qui attendait a l’extérieur était du même avis. une file d'attente énorme, quand c'est notre tour si c'est pas prêt, on nous demande notre n de tel, et on nous appelle pas, donc on attend encore et encore.

Location propre calme et bien équipé nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille les enfants étaient ravis le seul inconvénient c'était la douche un peu petit pour un homme de grande taille mais globalement très heureux de cette location on y retournera sans doute grand merci au personnels de l'agence interhome le grau-du-roi pour leurs gentillesse...
