We are a family Guadeloupe who, through his cottage "The 3 hills", would like to invite you to take a break under the sign of relaxation and conviviality in a haven of peace. Our neighborhood combines the calm of a residential area, the green nature of the countryside and an ideal geographical location close to EVERYTHING. You will be in 5-10 min by car of many centers of interest: beaches (Saint-Félix, Anse Vinaigri, Datcha, ...), shops, downtown, restaurants / bars, etc. Close to a major road (Nationale 4), you will have easy access to all the must-see places of our beautiful island, the beautiful white sand beaches of Grande-Terre and the tropical wonders of Basse-Terre.

Our bungalows:
In one of our 3 wooden bungalows, you will immediately feel at home.
With their 50 m2, our cozy cocoons can each accommodate up to 4 people, young and old. They are very functional, comfortable and nicely decorated. In the air-conditioned master bedroom with its King Size bed, you will particularly enjoy spending exquisite nights. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that allows you to welcome 2 additional people. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, ...) will allow you to prepare good local dishes ... why not ?! You will find yourself in privacy thanks to the terrace and the small private garden. You will also have the opportunity to grill you when you want thanks to your barbecue.
Partly common, place to relaxation, recreation and friendliness around the pool and adjoining its carbet you can enjoy at your convenience and where you can find small lounge, barbecue, billiards and babyfoot.

Hébergement très bien et hôtes au top
Un accueil très chaleureux et des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons loué plus d’une semaine et nous avons été ravie de notre séjour. Hébergement bien situé à 25 min de l’aéroport, quelques km de PTP. Espace extérieur très bien et équipé. Endroit dans la nature et calme ce qui rend les nuits très agréable. Je vous recommande vivement !

Accueil très agréable et logement très bien équipé. La piscine et le pool house permet de rencontrer les autres résidents des 2 autres logements tout en ayant une véritable Intimité . Je recommande!!!!

Petit coin de paradis bien situé
Véritable havre de paix à deux pas de tout, les bungalows sont très bien équipés avec simplicité mais on ne manque de rien. La piscine commune au 3 bungalows est un vrai plus ainsi que la zone de détente commune avec billard et petit salon nous a permis (durant le couvre feu) de profiter de nos soirées. L accueil des propriétaires qui sont soucieux des clients était parfait. Merci pour toutes ces attentions. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation, voiture indispensable.

la famille duhamel adorable et super gentille et a l'ecoute de nos besoins et pour ce qui est de la location trop bien c'est une vraie maison avec tout le confort a l'intérieur. extérieur très agréable avec la piscine et son carbet a notre disposition a tous . commerce , plage, restaurant, le bourg a5 minutes finalement c'est des vacances superbe que nous avons passées nous conseillons cette location a gosier et ce calme super patrick et moi juliette remercions beatrice sa mere et son papa pour leur gentillesse et tout ceux que nous avons connus chez eux

Gîte des 3 collines très agréable dans la campagne au-dessus de Gosier.

Un petit coin de paradis
Tout d'abord un grand merci pour cet accueil des plus chaleureux des propriétaires très gentils. Nous avons eu un agréable petit déjeuner et un apéritif d'accueil ( plantier et accras succulents). La location est tres propre et tout confort. Une grande terrasse avec barbecue permet de déjeuner à l'extérieur avec les petits oiseaux. Il ya un coin billard et baby foot. Nous avons passé un fort agréable moment dans ce petit coin de paradis. La location est près de pointe à Pitre et des belles plages. A bientôt

Bungalow conforme aux photos, spacieux, belle salle de bain et toilette séparée. Endroit isolé au calme. Piscine agréable. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympa et disponibles. Petit bémol etant donné l'endroit ,la présence de toute sorte d'insectes et autres, comme partout aux Antilles bien souvent. Ne pas laisser traîner de nourriture quelconque,même emballée ! Nous avons eu des surprises pendant notre séjour. Agréable terrasse pour vos petits déjeuners, avec le chang des oiseaux. Vehicule indispensable.

Génial! On reviendra (au plus vite!!!)
Nous avons passé 1 semaines avec 2 copines dans l'un des bungalows et nous avons adoré notre séjour, les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentil, accueillants, toujours disposés à nous rendre service (pour le jogging, pour nous trouver des soirées dansantes ou pour nous apporter des avocats tout frais du jardin) mais savent également rester discrets et ne s'imposent pas du tout dans notre quotidien. L'endroit est idéalement situé, proche de Pointe à Pitre pour le shopping et pas très loin des plus jolies plages de l'île (il est recommandé d'avoir quand même une voiture à disposition car le gîte n'est pas à proximité immédiate des plages) Moi qui déteste les hôtels et leur horde de touristes, j'ai été RAVIE de ce lieu reposant, très agréable, dans le respect des traditions et des coutumes locales, loin, très loin de notre grisaille. La piscine et le coin-convivial est à partager avec les autres locataires des bungalows mais nous avons pu en profiter à tout moment, sans être ennuyées. (nous avons tout de même croisé les autres locataires qui étaient également très aimables) Bref: UN IMMENSE MERCI pour ces super vacances et promis, nous reviendrons! Salutations de Suisse

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous avons passé 2 semaines du 13 au 27 décembre 2013. (2 personnes) Le gite est très bien conçu, spacieux, bien équipé. Sa situation à la campagne est un plus pour ceux qui recherche le calme. Il est toutefois recommandé de louer un véhicule. Les 3 gites sont très bien implantés autour de la piscine sans aucun vis à vis, piscine agréable bien entretenue (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations) Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. C'était notre 8ème séjour en Guadeloupe et le 1er dans un gite, si on revient, ce sera à cet endroit, fini les hôtels. Je recommande sans hésitation

PA NI PWOBLEM
Mon épouse et moi même avons passé trois semaines dans cette location. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Le bungalow est conforme à la description, situé au calme (parfait pour la détente) et pas trop éloigné des plages et commerces. Cette année nous ne pouvons y aller cause de maternité mais en 2013 nous relouerons certainement au même endroit. Alors évidemment je recommande vivement cette location (mais pas trop quand même sinon il ne sera plus disponible pour nous) ;) Cordialement et un petit bonjour à la propriétaire si elle me lit.

Court séjour formidable. Coin calme, tranquille, reposant et très agréable. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le bungalow est très bien équipé, bien ventilé. Situé à proximité de tout, nous n'avons pu manquer de rien et déguster des fruits de saison, un délice. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil. Bonne continuation.

Mes filles, mon mari et moi avons passés de superbes vacances dans le bungalow des 3 collines... grâce à l accueil de la propriétaire... et à la disponibilité de la dame qui gère les locations... il manquait juste le soleil Guadeloupéen... En esperant vite refaire des économies pour y revenir

COIN TRANQUILLE
Situé à 15 mn de pointe à pitre, et à 5mn en bus de la plage du gosier, ce bungalow est idéale pour 2 personnes qui apprécient toutes commodités : cuisine équipée, TV, piscine + patio pour recevoir les amis(es).....ambiance vacances assurée pour ce tarif location. Il serait plus qu'idéale avec voiture.
