Penthouse for this comfortable apartment facing the sea in a residence of high standing with pool in the town of Gosier in the center of the island.
Everything on site has been designed to make you spend an idyllic stay, with pleasant living spaces and well equipped inside and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains of Basse-Terre from the terrace.
You will enjoy the calm surrounding, and all the possible activities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Layout: the apartment, located on the 1st floor, has an air-conditioned room with 2 single beds in 90 closable to form a large double bed in 180, bathroom adjoining the room with bath / washbasin, separate toilet, kitchen equipped open air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 2 additional people (with real bed frame and mattress), terrace in the extension with views of the garden and the sea, swimming pool common to the residence, reserved parking space at the bottom of the rental. ..

Kitchen equipment: hob, oven pyrolysis, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, various kitchen utensils and set of crockery.

Perfect in every way
The condo is roomy, well equipped and has an assigned parking spot nearby. It is located a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach and restaurant. There are other restaurants you can also walk to and many more if you want to drive. A large supermarket & shopping center are a short drive away. A bus stops near the entrance to Marisol so you may not need a car. The one negative is that Sargassum seaweed makes the beach unusable. This usually comes in April and May but in 2023 it arrived in early March. We would definitely come back, but only in January or February.
