Located 100 meters from the beach of St Felix, one of the most beautiful of Guadeloupe, villa ground floor with beautiful swimming pool, nice tropical garden and 322 sq feet covered terrace. Well ventilated and comfortable (garden furniture deckchairs +BBQ + outdoor shower ). Private car-park
All housing equipped with shutters. The appartment can accommodate up to 7 people. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned at night and equipped with mosquito nets, fan and clock radio. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment (fridge with top freezer / dishwasher / mini oven / microwave oven / coffee machine / Nespresso /tea-pot / kettle / toaster- iron and ironing board / washing machine), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC /2 large living room sofas / TV - WIFI – small safe. Pool with a view !!!
Alex and Annie were delightful and helpful hosts. The property allowed us to be absolute vegetables. We explored GrandeTerre our first 6 days, but we never got in our car after that. Instead, we walked through the neighborhood to the bakery, grocery store and vegetable stand; we hiked along the coast; we took picnics to the beach; and we lounged at the beautifully-landscape pool.

Location en sommet de morne. Belle vue sur mer. Équipement au top. Accueil chaleureux, aux petits soins pour tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. Nous avons apprécié la souplesse de nos hôtes pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous leur disons un grand merci pour cette semaine de séjour dans leur propriété.

Logement conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires qui vivent à l'étage sont sympathiques, discrets, à l’écoute, aux petits soins et de bons conseils. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour visiter l'île, à 5 minutes d'un petit port et de la plage. Un grand merci à Annie et Alex.

Location très agréable proche de la mer, très bien localisée pour se promener sur l'île
Excellent séjour dans cette location où nous avons passé 2 semaines avec nos enfants. Elle est très agréable, propre, bien agencée et bien équipée. Grand deck aéré servant de pièce de vie, beau jardin arboré, belle vue, à 5 min à pied de la plage de St-Félix, départ de balades à pied et localisation assez centrale sur l'île permettant d'aller facilement sur Grande Terre et sur Basse Terre. Boulangerie et épicerie accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très discrets, très bons conseils, très agréable d'avoir le premier repas du soir à notre arrivée et le premier petit déjeuner. Nous venons régulièrement en Guadeloupe et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Allez y vite !
Nous avons passé un incroyable sejour chez Annie et Alex, j'y retournerais sans aucune hesitation. La maison est tres agreable, le rez de chaussee etant entierement allouee aux locataires avec une entrée separee et un magnifique jardin. Annie et Alex sont extremement sympathiques et aidant. Lorsque nous sommes arrives le frigo etait rempli de nombreuses choses delicieuses preparees par Annie. Ils nous ont prete des masques et tubas. Ils nous ont donne de tres bons conseils de visites de l'ile et nous ont meme accueilli chez eux pour partager un verre. Allez y les yeux fermes et surtout profitez en!

La location l'environnement tout est très bien et agréable
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonne journée et soirée de détente, la maison est agréable spacieuse le jardin est très joli. Et surtout nos hôtes sont gentils et très accueillants.

Fantastique !!
Annie et Alex sont des hôtes exceptionnels ( premier petit dèj prévu , frigo garni pour le premier jour, bouquet, ect..) ils connaissent très bien la Guadeloupe et presque toutes les randos ! Leurs conseils sont précieux et font gagner du temps . La maison est belle et très agréable avec une très grande terrasse naturellement ventilée vue sur mer et tout proche à pied de la plage de Saint Félix ou du petit Ilet de rêve en face du Gosier. Les chambres sont climatisées et sans en abuser , ça fait du bien en s'endormant. On reviendra !
