New in February 2018! Villa Coconut is a spacious private villa of 180 m2 plus its terrace. Classified 5 stars by the Meublé de Tourisme label and 4 keys by the Clevacances label. Very comfortable and spacious for 14 people. You will appreciate its zen and cozy decoration, combining the charm and the softness of driftwood with sober and trendy colors. You will enjoy its tropical garden planted with banana, coconut and other tropical essences, its terrace and its superb sea view which will inspire you relaxation and relaxed rhythm of life. This panorama you will also enjoy from its large living room, thanks to its double opening to the outside.
Several relaxation areas will allow you to find your privacy, including this magnificent and charming carbet in Latanier leaves.

The villa is located in Le Diamant in a chic area very quiet and well ventilated (little or no mosquitoes !!! ) The superb Diamant beach is 900 m / 2 minutes, as well as all the shops, the covered market and all amenities.

Ideally located to also take advantage of the superb beaches of Anses d'Arlet 10 minutes away.

The property consists of:

7 rooms all air conditioned and tastefully decorated.

- A 1st bedroom with a canopy bed and its 180x200 bed

- The 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200.

-The 3 rd bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200

- The 4th bedroom, pool side with a 160x200 bed.

- Upstairs the 5th bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 or 180x200.

- Upstairs the 6th bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 or 180x200

- the 7th bedroom is located in a charming bungalow, overlooking the sea, adjoining and independent from the Villa. Bathroom (Italian shower) and separate wc.

- A very spacious and ventilated living room with flat screen TV, orange TV with free and unlimited internet access (wifi).

You can take advantage of the shaded and ventilated space under the terrace to take your meals, and its lounge to enjoy an aperitif with friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room open onto the terrace faces this incredible dominant view.



Villa Coconut offers a private salt pool not overlooked 6mx3m50 (extension planned for early December 2018) with a wooden deck from which you can admire the ocean, the famous reclining woman, and the Diamond Rock.

Sunbathing is available as well as an outdoor lounge under the carbet.
Solar outdoor shower.

We attach great importance to the welcome of our guests, it is done by Rodolphe and Raphaël, local and warm.

The villa is maintained by quality staff: landscaper and pool designer.

Sheets and towels are provided (except beach towels).

Christiane our cook offers her services to concoct delicious meals at the villa.
Sophie offers massages for the whole family at the villa.
You will not miss anything, excellent restaurants are nearby.

Decreasing price according to duration

Compulsory cleaning costs of 180 € at the end of the stay. (150 without the bungalow)

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view !
This home is fully equipped upon arrival! Rodolphe was super helpful and answered any questions we had during our stay quite quickly !! The home is well laid out, a lot of space , especially outdoor living space as that is where you want to be ! It’s well furnished and felt very at home. We felt close to everything we wanted to do while visiting this very friendly, respectful, safe and beautiful island :)

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia vacanza a Villa Coconut, tutto come da annuncio, i 900mt dal mare sono in linea d'aria ma e' andata comunque bene visto che comunque avevamo macchina a noleggio. Ottimi anche i consigli che ci hanno dato Georges e Rodolphe per ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Grazie mille ancora.

Dès votre arrivée la villa Coconut vous transporte dans son univers zen et cosy. Sa déco soignée et son agencement ne laisse pas la place au hasard... Vous déjeunerez sur une magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, le rocher du Diamant et la femme couchée. La Villa ses équipements et ses nombreux espaces permettent à chacun de trouver sa place et de s'y sentir bien. Nous connaissions déjà la Villa Cocoon et sa grande sœur n'a rien à lui envier. Comme toujours l'accueil ainsi que la bienveillance de son propriétaire est à la hauteur des villas. Merci à Rodolphe et à Georges pour cette magnifique parenthèse de vie. Nathalie

Dans un cadre paradisiaque, un personnel accueillant, une villa chaleureuse et de très bon standing ...autant de bonnes conditions réunies pour passer le plus agréable des séjours en famille. Nous avons eu beau temps chaque jours, idéal pour apprécier la splendide vue qu'offre la villa. A proximité des plus belles plages et de petits commerces ...ne cherchez pas plus loin...les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes !! Alors 1,2,3...partez en vacances !

Superbe maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Propreté et cadre magnifique. Vous vous sentirez dans un petit cocon. N'hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu. Facilité de communication et d'organisation avec le propriétaire et avec Rodolphe qui s'est occupé de notre accueil et départ . Nous y retournerons très certainement!

Très bon état, spacieuse. Vue mer. Possibilités de stationner jusqu'à 3 voitures dans la cour fermée, 1 place de plus à l'extérieur sur le terrain. 6 chambres, 1sdb, 2 salles d'eau. Cuisine équipée. Grande terrasse couverte + 1 pergola / terrasse. Piscine 3.,5 x 5/6 m, suffisante pour se rafraichir mais pas pour 12 personnes en même temps. Connexion wifi/internet Accueil sympa par Rodolphe.
