Points positifs: vue sur le diamant, petit kitchenette simple mais pratique. Piscine magnifique. Bien localisé. Points négatifs: manque de transparence au niveau de l’annonce du logement versus la réalité. La salle de bain n’est pas montré sur les photos, en réalité elle est très vieille, les carreaux de la salle de bain sont abîmés et noircis par la moisissure. Les bains de soleil double utilisés comme photos promotionnelle principale de l’hébergement appartiennent à un beach club et sont payant à 90euros la journée, les transat à 30euros la journée. Il serait plus transparent de mentionner le tout dans l’annonce et montrer les installations qui sont réellement inclus avec le logement. Forte odeur d’humidité, climatisation très bruyante, manque d’investissement dans le mobilier de la terrasse pour rendre l’endroit agréable pour manger (deux chaises en plastique dépareillé, donc une pliante). Draps de lits ne correspondent pas l’annonce, lit vieillot avec traces sur le matelas. Dans l’ensemble, ce logement a beaucoup de potentiel, mais on ne ressent pas qu’il soit entretenu et il n’offre pas la qualité montrée sur les photos malheureusement.

Vue panoramique

Studio 203 avec vue imprenable,propriétaire réactive,a changé le réfrigérateur le dimanche car en panne. Climatisation efficace et peu bruyante,plutôt appréciable .piscine géniale grande,chaude,bien entretenue Points négatifs : joints douche noircis par moisissure inacceptable et colonne douche cassée ,rafistolée Wc face à la douche ds même pièce ultra petite. Vue sur balais et vieille serpillière bonne a jeter en meme temps que vue sur Diamant.espace cuisine peu optimisé,cafetiere posée a cheval sur la plaque et partie de plan de travail.1 vieille chaise de bureau qui bascule en arrière qd on s’assoit en guise de chaise de jardin 1seul petit oreiller peu confortable par personne,pas facile pour lire.et connexion pratiquement nulle.

Très bel endroit qui mériterait un petit coup de neuf . Le lieu n’en est pas moins magique mais quelques aménagements pourraient perfectionner le séjour : salle de bains et terrasse. Hôte très à l’écoute .

Vue merveilleuse

La vue est magnifique . Résidence calme . Accès piscine très pratique très proche . Piscine propre . Mobilier , fenêtre et salle de bain ancien . Appartement propre cuisinette suffisante pour petit repas . Hôte très sympathique .

Magnifique vue sur le Diamant

Belle vue du balcon. Accès au beach club Diamant Noir, sur le même site pas trop prêt donc assez tranquille, piscine accessible de 8 à 18heure. Cuisinette rudimentaire sur le balcon, chambre et salle de bain très propre cependant un peu vieillot!Hôte très dévouée, Merci! Bien situé, à quelques minutes à voiture de tout centre d’intérêt!
