Beautiful house with heated pool. Having a parental suite and 2 rooms of 14m2 each one of 2 bathrooms of a toilet, an equipped Kitchen (Micro-Waves, Plate Induction and gas, dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, Washing machine .. .) more laundry.
Located on the heights of the Diamond so that everyone there is in peace, you will be able to discover an impregnable view on all the south of the island. 6 minutes (4Km) from the village of Diamant, small picturesque and charming community with its beautiful beach 3km of white sands, lined with coconut, grapes and undergrowth.
The town owes its name to the famous diamond rock facing it, steep and 175 m high.
Today, the site is classified as a nature reserve for the reproduction of birds. The small road between the Diamond and the Anses d'Arlet offers magnificent views of the rock.
The Diamond is appreciated by divers for its underwater fauna and flora but also for its many caves. Several clubs in the area offer opportunities for all levels.
The village of Diamant is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Martinique.

Vue impressionnante sur la mer.
Propriétaire très disponible, discret et complaisant. Les photos correspondent bien à la propriété qui offre une tranquillité assurée. Comme Québécois, nous avons bien apprécié la piscine chauffée avec sa grande terrasse. Nous avons passé 17 jours très agréable. Nous espérons y revenir très bientôt. Merci beaucoup à Thierry

Great villa with great view
We spent a week in this great villa. The view is amazing and Thierry was a very helpful host. We particularly liked the heated pool and the outdoor seating space. The house had all necessary kitchen and living amenities. One advise for guests is to be aware of the steep drive up and down from the house. We recommend this villa with 5/5 stars!

Magnifique maison avec en plus un hôte au top !
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour tout était parfait, Thierry a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin , même si l'accès au logement dans les hauteurs du diamant prend quelques minutes, la vue imprenable est à couper le souffle. La piscine bien entretenue a été un autre point positif ainsi que les deux salles de bain et toilettes (X3). Merci encore à Thierry, nous espérons revenir un jour !

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus von Thierry verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär und das morgendliche Bad im Pool werden wir vermissen. Thierry ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Havre de fraîcheur et vue imprenable
La villa est confortable et pratique, mais c'est surtout sa terrasse avec piscine et vue sur tout le sud de l'île qui est son atout principal. Il faut bien noter que la route pour y accéder est difficile et il faut une voiture suffisamment puissante pour la grimpette. On s'y habitue, mais ça peut être surprenant la première fois. Je recommande le service de bus qui passe juste devant la maison pour profiter des restaurants du Diamant (et du rhum) sans avoir à faire la route. Propriétaire très sympa.

Très belle maison et hôte accueillant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Thierry. Bien agencée, pratique. Une vue exceptionnelle. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, un plus indéniable pour les bains en début ou fin de journée. Une de nos meilleures locations (qui se comptent en dizaines) à ce jour, nous aurons plaisir à y revenir!

Vue incroyable !
Thierry est disponible, très réactif, à l'écoute et très sympathique ! La maison est sur les hauteurs du Diamant, la vue y est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est parfaite et la maison très fonctionnelle et agréable. Le vent y souffle souvent (nous avons eu quelques jours de temps capricieux) mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir cette vue! Nous vous recommandons évidemment cette location !

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances avec une vue magnifique. M. Sabine est très gentil il nous a donné de bonnes adresses a visiter et où manger. Il est disponible et reste à l'écoute pour toute demande tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine chauffée est très appréciée. Il est très reactif par message. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements La maison dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire.

A plus de 300m d'altitude,il n'y avait que nous et le soleil.😎. Ah non j'oubliai le top Piscine que du bonheur. De l'espace,de l'intimité, de l'abri, (pour le vent),parfait pour les enfants sécurité totale.Merci pour la chaise bébé achetée pour notre séjour.

Je tiens à remercier Thierry pour son aide à notre arrivée.....un gain de temp considérable pour récupérer notre véhicule de location ! La maison est très bien conçue...terrasse a l l'abri du vent et de la pluie que nous pouvions utiliser à tout moment... une vue époustouflante ! Par contre c est vrai que la vue se gagne ...pour y arriver...dur dur!!! La route n est vraiment pas facile....mais c est vite oublié dans la piscine a 30 degrés !!! Merci pour se beau séjour....

Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Piscine chauffée à 30 degrés et entretenue . Vue magnifique sur mer des Caraïbes. Thierry nous a accueilli sur place avec une attention particulière. La corbeille de fruits, jus et planteur sont à apprécier après un long voyage. Je recommande vivement!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen (vier Erwachsene, zwei achtjährige Kinder) sehr gut gefallen.
Thierry ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus schön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht über den Süden der Insel und auf den Diamant (meistens sogar bis St. Lucia). Er hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt, extra einen Weihnachtsbaum für die Kinder zum Schmücken besorgt und auf die Temperatur des Pools geachtet. Selbstverständlich hat er uns mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Wenn unser Französisch besser wäre, wären sicherlich auch mehr Gespräche möglich gewesen. Ein Rat an andere Mieter: Man sollte darauf achten, dass der Mietwagen ein paar PS mehr hat, damit man gut die steile Zufahrt hinaufkommt - das gilt generell auch für bestimmte Ausflugsziele auf Martinique.
