Pretty and comfortable house for 8 people of 90m2 completely renovated in 2019. It is located 2 steps from the tourist office, in the center of Le Crotoy and 100m from the bay. The courtyard is located on the back, direct access to the kitchen and the 2 car garage. A bathroom on the ground floor and one upstairs. A bedroom on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. 2 bedrooms on the courtyard side, 2 bedrooms on the street side.

Excellent séjour au Crotoy
Ce gîte est excellent pour passer quelques jours au Crotoy à deux pas de la plage et en plein centre du village. La maison rénovée avec goût est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Je vois deux pistes d'amélioration. La première est vraiment un détail : préciser dans l'annonce en ligne l'existence du garage, accessible par l'arrière de la maison et pratique pour décharger les bagages. La seconde est que s'agissant d'une maison ancienne, même rénovée, l'environnement intérieur peut être allergisant pour les personnes (comme nous) très sensibles à la poussière et aux acariens. Mais nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage dans cette maison marqué par un temps magnifique.

Séjour au Crotoy
Séjour reposant au coeur de la Baie de Somme, Logement idéalement placé, bien équipé et très propre. Tous les commerçants a portée de main et la plage a deux pas. Endroit idéal pour un moment convivial entre amis ou en famille. Merci à Alice et François pour leur accueil et leurs bon tuyaux touristiques et gastronomiques.

Wonderful stay in a lovely house
We stayed in the house for one week in october and enjoyed it very much. The house is close to everything you need for having a good time. The bakery and the tourist office are just across the street; all important shops are in walking distance and so is the beach. You might get wet taking a walk there (october!), but you just return to the house, have a cup of tea or coffee, warm up and continue walking. The house itself has a special atmosphere. It is rather small but provides everything you need.There is a bathroom with a toilet in the basement. And there are three sleeping rooms and a second bathroom with a toilet on the first floor. The announced fourth sleeping room is actually the tv-room with a sleeping sofa. The equipment in the kitchen and in both of the bathrooms is absolutely up to date On arrival we found the house well prepared and everything was in top condition. The importance of having the chance to use the garage cannot be estimated high enough, cause it is not always easy to find a parking place in Le Crotoy when returning from a trip to other coastal towns. Francois has been very helpful in answering all our questions very quickly in a friendly way. Last but not least I must talk about the staircase leading to the first floor. For visitors with very young children it could be wise to bring something to block the way to the stairs. The situation is not without danger. But maybe Francois can provide a solution. I would not be surprised. Hans

Une très jolie maison
Notre repos dans la jolie maison rouge étais parfait. Des beaux temps et un cour avec soleil et ombre. La maison au rez de chaussez est charmante et avec goût. Les chambres ont des espaces suffisant pour les valises etc. avec des très bon lits. Les 2 salles des bains sont spacieux. Une suggestion à ma part pour donner le chiffre 10: à l’extérieur, dans le cour, une grande table pour 6-8 personnes et des chaises confortables. Ça serait parfait! Merci Cathy pour votre aide et merci François et Alice pour notre repos dans votre jolie maison. Nous reviendrons! Frédérique

Week-end ´superbe au crotoy! J.ai loué cette maison avec mes 5 enfants ´ de 40 ans et plus . J’ai apprécié le canapé lit au rez-de-chaussée Ce qui m.a évité de monter l’escaler. La maison est très bien placée ´ on va chercher les croissants en face pour le petit déjeuner ´ délicieux.. Jolie décoration’. Petit jardinet sympa´´ où nous avons pris tous nos repas . Calme ´ franchement je vous la recommande.

Jolie maison 💓
Maison en plein centre ville avec la rue piétonne toute la journée.Pour le pain et les petites douceurs vous traversez la rue.Je vous conseille les délicieuses sucreries de chez Maxime et la poissonnerie chez Didier. Super déco avec de beaux meubles, des jeux , des livres,une console de jeu.Il ne manque rien. Maison très propre grâce à Cathy. Félicitations aux propriétaires pour cette magnifique demeure. Nous étions sept adultes et nous avons tous adorés. Sylvie.

Très bel endroit
Très jolie maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle ne supporte malheureusement pas bien les grosses chaleurs mais les propriétaires sont attentionnés et ont mis des ventilateurs. Très bon endroit central mais du coup assez bruyant (mais ça doit être moins gênant si le temps ne requiert pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres). Nous recommandons!

Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme à l'annonce, un plus pour le garage non mentionné
Première expérience de location par Abritel, à refaire. La maison d' Alice et François est très agréable, un sentiment de "maison de famille" . La situation en ville est aussi tres pratique . Une adresse à garder et à conseiller.
