"We loved this hotel. I received personal messages from them confirming my stay and we were upgraded upon arrival. Front desk staff was exceptional at check in, and our room was outstanding. Spotless. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel after exploring all day. The pool was warm and also extremely clean. The view of the lake from the hotel is quite beautiful. "

"Great location to enjoy the lake and surrounding parks. An easy walk to the old part of town. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and seperate toilet. Nice extras like Evian water replenished daily, welcome cakes, farewell jam and cake. Valais parking was excellent. Lovely experience. "

"Central hotel next to the train station and old town. Very clean, warm and spacious. Planning on returning here next year. Spa was good, although busy. Lovely balcony to sit out on and relax in the evening. "

"The property is beautiful with a great location and we had an incredible view. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and wrote a lovely note. The only thing we didn't love was they charged for the spa and there wasn't any hot water when we tried to fill the bath. We would definitely return and still highly recommend it. "
