200 m2 habitable, a big room of life with American kitchen of 75 m2. Two large terraces on the ground floor and first floor with sea view and on the islands at 180 °. The beach is 100 m by the Cotier road, the GR 34 which passes just in front of the property for longer walk by the sea!
The town center of the conquet is 5 to 8 minutes on foot as well as the fishing port, you will discover the return of the fishing boats the local gastronomic wealth in crustaceans and seafood.
The port is also the departure for the Molene Islands and OUESSANT at the end of the world, or for excursions at sea to meet dolphins, seals and seabirds on the sea lighthouse route.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage mit überragendem Rundumblick
Fantastisch gelegenes Haus mit 180 Grad Rundumblick. Luxuriös ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad und WC im Erdgeschoß. Die Bäder im Obergeschoß fallen hierzu stark ab und sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Kommunikation mit Dudu problemlos - wenn man französisch spricht ;-)

Geweldig uitzicht
Mooie, grote, zeer compleet uitgeruste woning gelegen vlakbij zee met vanaf het mooie terras een grandioos uitzicht op zee en de ruige kustlijn. Beneden mooie, moderne badkamer en toilet. Badkamer met bad en douchecel boven zijn wel wat verouderd. Bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar dat is persoonlijk. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad aan de prachtige Bretonse kust.

Situation exceptionnelle
Magnifique maison avec plusieurs vues mer. Une situation exceptionnelle par ses vues et sa proximité avec le sentier côtier, le port(pour aller sur l’île de ouessant) , le centre ville. Une location que nous vous recommandons vivement. Magnifiques points de vue de toutes pièces de la maison(chambres avec balcons, cuisine, salons).

La maison était idéalement placée avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la pointe Saint Mathieu. Par ailleurs elle était vraiment spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Je recommande vivement . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😃

Magnifique maison, grand standing, tout confort,le top, rien à dire sinon merci M. KEROUANTON de nous avoir fait profiter de votre bien en tous points de vue remarquable. Quels plaisirs de profiter de cette vue magnifique et du calme alentours. Très bonne note aussi au littoral breton qui a su préserver sa nature propre. C' est une location que l'on a envie de garder que pour nous...On reviendra.
