"Although the room was clean but there are many problems there! 1. There is no reception or front desk, sometimes they had someone speaking French only! 2. The area is super noisy, I couldn’t sleep those nights due to lots of homeless outside, very loud talking or screaming 3. Breakfast is nothing, there is a restaurant 150m away offering coffee and croissant only!! 4. The safe is not attached to wall or any shelf, somebody can open the door and take the safe easily! 5. I didn’t feel safe there...

"Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. "

The place was absolutely beautiful and the essence of French culture, the staff made us feel like family, the room was top notch and so clean with daily cleaning by the owners. "Villa Colina is beautifully located in the hills close to Mandelieu. The view is amazing and the pool and deck are spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. Jean-Philippe is excellent host and does everything possible to make you feel at home. He provides breakfast every morning and is always available for questions. "We just returned from a week stay. The B&B was perfect for our needs. Clean, very comfortable, beautiful setting, nice pool, and Gerte & Phillipe (sp?) were very welcoming and helpful. The bed in room had to be the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!"

Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property.
