"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "there was no parking and no air conditioning. We were 3 people in a room and they gave us just one key which provided elevator access as well as our room access. When one person was already in the room the other two could not access the elevator to get to the room. Very inconvenient."

"The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...
