"we had an unforgettable vacation. what a lovely host Lady L is! the food, the house, the view, the rooms- the wine!!!!!!! in the most beautiful view an amazing hotel with a charming host. breakfast so delicious and health - the area is perfect - she helped us find the excellent restaurant for diner - and the best villages to see during day. the area is amazing - river and villages and hiking - and wine and wine and more food and wine. we had the best time!"

"Nous avons extrêmement apprécié notre court séjour à la Villa Magdala, ou nous nous avons été très bien accueillis par Armand et Marie-Madeleine, la charmante propriétaire des lieux. The most beautiful views and pool, clean room, breakfast on the terrace (delicious homemade jams), and great location for visiting the coast (Lucia's recommendation of Le Lecques beach was spot on, and Cassis in the evening was great), and Aix-en-Provence was easy to get to for an evening too."

"This property was marvelous. It’s a very local home in Marseille with lovely unique features. Mlle Andree is a kind and gracious host. We entirely enjoy meeting locals as we travel and this stay truly met that expectation. Plus, our apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Mlle Andre brought fresh and homemade pastries to us each evening that we could enjoy as an afternoon snack or as breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend this property. "A wonderfully relaxing stay in Roquevaire. Lucia was very welcoming and kind. Her place is homely and comfortable. We loved being in such a tranquil spot away from the crowds. The salt water pool is beautiful, outside kitchen perfect and the air con meant we could sleep! It was half an hour by car to Cassis and Aix. Would certainly recommend.."

"It was rated 10/10. It is a run down house in a neighborhood away from everything. The street is so narrow it is impossible to park. It has one spot for parking. Otherwise,you park in a narrow street,and if you leave that lucky spot,you might not find another one. The room had not a private bathroom. If you want to have dinner you have to walk half a mile to the only restaurant in the neighborhood (partnered with the “hotel “ owner. Only one option on the menu,for 35 Euros.Ripoff."
