Come and discover the very beautiful region of the Périgord Noir in Dordogne, taste its gastronomy, stroll through its picturesque villages.

THE HOUSE
Very nice house on the heights, very nice view and magnificent sunsets.
120m2 terrace
10m x 3.50m salt pool with electric shutter (heated from May to November), pool games, pool deck (with lighting) with 8 deckchairs and 4 large parasols.
Swing.
Outdoor lounge, BBQ, second table and 6 chairs near the orchard (which will be appreciated by those who wish to get away from it sometimes).
Very large parking lot including carport for one car.

Hyper-equipped kitchen, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, percolator, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine ... all the dishes you need for 8 people.

Calme et sérénité
En vacances, avec nos deux ados, la maison se prêtait à un séjour idéal. Chacun sa chambre, un espace de séjour approprié, une cuisine, hyper équipée, une piscine aux dimensions parfaites, une vue dégagée sans aucun vis-à-vis. Nous avons pu profiter de la ville du Bugue avec ses nombreux commerces et restaurants, ainsi qu’un accès rapide aux principaux sites incontournables et historiques de la région. Connaisseur de la Dordogne, nous avons passé un séjour au calme avec une météo qui nous changeait de notre Finistère, très appréciable. Il n’y a qu’un seul WC dans la maison, mais pour quatre personnes, cela ne pose aucun problème, en revanche tout le reste est aménagé pour que les séjours ont famille nombreuse ou avec des amis puissent se dérouler parfaitement. Patricia, est une proprietaire aux écoutes, joignable à tout moment, et sachant répondre à toute demande, elle l’a su nous donner toutes les informations sur la maison et les environs pour que nous puissions passer un séjour agréable. Encore une fois, une location via Abritel, qui correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, à recommander pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Merci encore à Patricia pour nous avoir laissé sa maison où nous avons passé deux semaines de tranquillité, nous ne manquerons pas de reprendre contact lors de notre prochain séjour en Dordogne !

Patricia est très réactive avant et pendant le séjour. La maison est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons profité de la piscine chaque jour ainsi que des équipements proposés. La situation est parfaite : silence et calme des environs, mais à seulement 5 km du village (INTERMARCHE et tous commerces dont restaurants et caviste excellentissime !!!) 15 jours n’ont pas suffit… Nous espérons y retourner ! Schönes Haus, etwas speziell.
Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und steht frei. Das gab Probleme in der Mittagszeit, wenn die schwarzen Fliesen auf der Terrasse durch die Sonne stark aufgeheizt wurden. Die Sonnenschirme (4) waren da keine ausreichende Hilfe. Es gibt nur 1 Toilette. In einem Duschbad hat man zwangsläufig den Raum unter Wasser gesetzt, weil die Dusche nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Ansonsten hat die individuelle Einrichtung gefallen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Pool ist schön groß. Der Wohnbereich heizt sich in der Mittagszeit auf, die Schlafräume nicht. Reisezeit Juli.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, bei Sonnenschein und einem super schönen Haus. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Superbe location
La maison de Patricia est très agréable à vivre. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée au niveau électroménager, vaisselle et mobilier pour de jardins (barbecue top, 4 parasols). Bien que deux, on voit rapidement qu'il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour beaucoup plus. Au niveau literie, nous ne pourrons parler que de celle que nous avons utilisé, de qualité. Ce que nous avons apprécié, c'est le calme autour de nous pas de bruit, ni de vis a vis, une vue depuis la terasse sur la forêt et de superbes couchés de soleil tous les soirs La piscine est très agréable, avec les chaleurs que nous avons eu, c'est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir, elle n'est pas profonde ce qui est très bien pour nager et marcher en discutant. Elle peut être chauffée, mais étant donné le temps, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de celui-ci, elle était entré 29 et 30. Piscine au sel, une première, donc on n'a pas l'odeur du chlore. Vis a vis des échanges avec Patricia, c'est très bien. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt comme nous l'avions demandé et elle nous a proposé de rester une journée de plus les clients suivants n'arrivant que le dimanche, c'est rare pour être signalé. De plus, un matin nous avons eu un problème pour fermer la porte d'entrée, Patricia était là dans l'heure, elle a su trouver un menuisier qui est venu régler les gonds des 14h, qu'elle ré activité, c'est agréable de je pas dépendre d'une conciergerie. Le bugue est bien situé pour visiter la région. En synthèse 15 jours superbes dans cette maison.

Intérieur et extérieur sont au Top. Vue magnifique sur écrin de verdure.
Maison de charme, très spacieuse avec tout confort. Un cadre parfait pour se relaxer, aucun vis à vis, une terrasse / piscine magnifique avec exposition sud ouest et coucher de soleil donnant sur toute la piscine. Super location, grande maison idéal pour 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants ). Une vue dégagée et magnifique couché de soleil. Propriétaire à l'écoute et réponse rapide. Seul Bémol il y avait un souci d'eau chaude lors de notre séjour. Je recommande cette location.

La situation de la maison permet vraiment de se reposer et de se ressourcer loin de la foule! La piscine au sel est très agréable et la maison est vraiment pratique à vivre. La propriétaire est adorable et disponible. Je recommande cette location pour un séjour au calme en famille.

Une maison où tout semble avoir été pensé pour être agréable d'y séjourner. La maison est bien équipée en mobilier comme en ustensiles de cuisine. Une propreté remarquable. Uitstekend verblijf!
Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk begroet door Patricia. Bij de rondleiding gaf ze bij alles een woordje uitleg. De beschrijving van de woning is correct en qua uitrusting is alles gewoon aanwezig, waar andere huizen soms te kort schieten. Als je vragen hebt, antwoordt Patricia onmiddellijk. Wij hopen hier zeker nog eens terug te komen!

Nous avons loué pour deux semaines la maison de Madame De Bie et nous avons passé de superbes vacances : repos absolu, vue dégagée avec superbes couchers de soleil. La maison est très bien équipée avec de l'électroménager de qualité, cusine fonctionnelle et de taille très appréciable, conforme a la description dans l'annonce et avec de superbes volumes. La terrasse est très grande et très bien aménagée comprenant une piscine avec volet sécurisé. Madame De Bie nous a très bien reçus et a porté une attention particulière à ce que nous ne manquions de rien lors de notre séjour. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir loué cette maison et si nous en avons la possibilité nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Des prestations de qualité dans un cadre rural reposant
La maison, bien conçue et superbement équipée s'accompagne d'une piscine chauffée. Rien ne manque et on peut se consacrer à ses vacances. Petit bonus, chaque jour des biches sortent du bois et viennent gambader dans le jardin ! Pas question de les approcher cependant... Excellent contact avec la propriétaire.
